摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration of a dust collector body, which causes noise, and prevent squeal sound generated from guide rails and rollers. SOLUTION: This automatic dust collector removes refuse under water at a water treatment plant. In this case, a body 1 of the dust collector, and guide rails 14 are manufactured from damping material for suppressing vibration. Further, it is faborable that rollers 8 of endless chains are also manufactured from damping material. With the operating method of the automatic dust collector, a vibration sensor is installed to the dust collector, and vibration at the time when vibration is generated, is inputtes to a memory. When noise is generated, the operation is stopped, or the speed of the endless chains is accelerated or decelerated based on the sensed vibration.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable generating air vibration of a reverse phase and also to enable installing a low frequency generating source (a vibrating screen) to allow a reduction in low frequency vibration by acting output of the frequency and amplitude of a reverse phase for drowning out low frequency air vibration generated by a vibrating machine on a vibrating plate. SOLUTION: A vibrating plate 3 is installed near a vibrating machine 1 through a hydraulic servo cylinder 2. The frequency and the amplitude generated by the vibrating machine 1 are detected by a sensor, and the detected signal is inputted to a vibration controller. The vibration controller operates based on this input signal, its outputs with the frequency and the amplitude in reverse phase against the low frequency air vibration generated by the vibrating machine 1 being made to act on the vibrating plate for drowning out the effect. In this way, air vibration of a reverse phase can be accurately and surely generated to suppress efficiently low frequency air vibration effect.
