SOLUTION: A gasoline engine mounted in an automatic transmission automobile is removed. The output shaft 8A of an electric motor 8 is passed through a through-hole in an inner bushing 5 and an outer bushing 4 is attached to the outside of the inner bushing 5. A coupling 1 is attached to the outside of the outer bushing 4 and the inner bushing 5 and the outer bushing 4 are tightened with a set screw 6 to fix them to the coupling 1. The coupling 1 and a drive plate 10 are connected together with a bolt 12.
