    • An oscillator circuit (800) is provided, and relates to the field of chip technologies. The oscillator circuit (800) is used to reduce a quantity of oscillators in a PLL and reduce an area of a radio frequency chip, thereby reducing chip costs. The oscillator circuit (800) includes a first oscillator, a second oscillator, and a switch matrix. The first oscillator includes a first transconductance amplifier (V1), a second transconductance amplifier (V2), and a first resonator. The second oscillator includes a third transconductance amplifier (V3), a fourth transconductance amplifier (V4), and a second resonator. The first resonator includes a first capacitor element (C1) and a first inductor element (801). The second resonator includes a second capacitor element (C2) and a second inductor element (802). The first inductor element (801) is coupled to the second inductor element (802). The switch matrix includes a first switch (SW1), a second switch (SW2), a third switch (SW3), and a fourth switch (SW4). The switch matrix is coupled between the first transconductance amplifier (V1), the second transconductance amplifier (V2), the third transconductance amplifier (V3), and the fourth transconductance amplifier (V4). The switch matrix is configured to change a coupling coefficient between the first inductor element (801) and the second inductor element (802).

    • A signal generator and an associated resonator circuit are provided. The signal generator includes the resonator circuit and a core circuit. The resonator circuit further includes a first inductor (L1), a second inductor (L2), a plurality of capacitors and a switching circuit. The first inductor (L1) has a first terminal (N1) and a third terminal (N3), and the second inductor (L2) has a second terminal (N2) and a fourth terminal (N4). The switching circuit includes a first switch (S1), a second switch (S2), a third switch (S3) and a fourth switch (S4). The core circuit further includes a first inner circuit, a first outer circuit, a second inner circuit, and a second outer circuit. Configurations of these switches are adjustable and resonance caused between these terminals is changed accordingly.
