摘要： Methods for controlling a converter (26) and corresponding apparatus and system are provided. The converter (26) is configured to be connected to a rotor (16) of a doubly-fed induction generator (15) for feeding electrical power into an electrical grid (22), the converter (26) comprising a machine-side inverter (30), a grid-side inverter (32), and a DC voltage intermediate circuit (34) comprising a protection element (74) for dissipating power from the DC voltage intermediate circuit (34). The method comprises the steps of
(1) obtaining information representative of power (P22) supplied by the generator (15) to the electrical grid (22) exceeding a target power value beyond a predetermined threshold; and
(2) controlling the converter (26), in response to obtaining said information, such that the grid-side inverter (32) supplies power (P28) to the protection element (74) so as to dissipate power from the DC voltage intermediate circuit (34).

Es ist ein Wechseln des Betriebs der Windenergieanlage aus dem Drosselbetriebspunkt (308) in einen Reservebetriebspunkt (310) mit höherer Abgabeleistung vorgesehen, als Reaktion auf eine Leistungserhöhungsanforderung, wobei der Drosselbetriebspunkt (308) gegenüber dem Reservebetriebspunkt (310) eine erhöhte Schnelllaufzahl aufweist und die Iso-Kennlinie in dem Drosselbetriebspunkt (308) eine negative Kennliniensteigung aufweist, bei der die Schnelllaufzahl mit steigendem Blattwinkel abnimmt, wobei jeweils eine Ableitung des Leistungsbeiwertes (CP) des Drosselbetriebspunktes (308) bzw. des Reservebetriebspunktes (310) nach dem Blattwinkel dem Betrage nach einen vorbestimmten Mindestableitungswert überschreitet.

摘要： The invention relates to wind power generation, and more particularly to systems for producing power at sea using floating vessels.
The invention solves the problem of providing more efficient use of floating wind power system.
The problem of interest is solved in that a wind power system comprises a floating base in the form of a ship having on its deck three wind turbines on vertical posts, one of which is disposed on a fixed platform in the fore part of the deck, said ship additionally being provided with two rotating platforms, capable of moving in a horizontal plane, for receiving the other two wind turbines, wherein the rotating platforms are arranged symmetrically along the sides of the aft part of the ship one on the left and the other on the right, with one end of each rotating platform being hinged to the hull of the ship and the other end supporting the base of a wind turbine post, the posts of all three wind turbines being mounted so that they can be raised and lowered and being coupled to their respective platforms by hinged joints, wherein each post is provided with its own lowering and raising mechanism, and each rotating platform is provided with its own mechanism for movement in a horizontal plane.
