    • The present invention relates to a vehicle door handle assembly comprising a handle (2), a bracket (10) for accommodating said handle (2), a mechanism (3, 4, 7) enabling the handle (2) to assume an extended position outside the bracket (10) where a user can grab it, and a retracted position in which the handle (2) is mainly contained by said bracket (10), the vehicle door handle assembly comprising:
      -resilient return means (5, 8, 9) able to apply a driving force to the mechanism (3, 4, 7) to ensure the return of the handle (2) from the extended position to the retracted position when not subjected to any further action,
      -a damper (6) engaged with the resilient return means (5, 8, 9), capable of resisting the driving force by reducing the speed of the handle (2) when it leaves the extended position. The damper (6) comprises a movable cam (61) and is engageable with the resilient return means (5, 8, 9) via said movable cam (61), said movable cam (61) being configured so that while the handle (2) is between its extended position and an intermediate position, it engages the damper (6) resilient return means (5, 8, 9), and when the handle (2) is between the intermediate position and its retracted position, it disengages the damper (6) from the resilient return means (5, 8, 9).

    • A vehicle door handle device (20) includes: a door handle (33) supported by a housing (30) to be movable between a storage position where the door handle is stored in the housing and a pop-up position where at least a part of the door handle jumps out of the housing; a first member (34) configured to move in conjunction with the door handle such that the first member is located at a storage corresponding position when the door handle is located at the storage position and is located at a pop-up corresponding position when the door handle is located at the pop-up position; a second member (36) supported movably with respect to the first member; a second member biasing member (37) configured to bias the second member to be elastically movable with respect to the first member; and a third member (38) movable between an out-of-trajectory position and an in-trajectory position, the out-of-trajectory position being a position outside a movement trajectory of the second member when the first member moves from the pop-up corresponding position to the storage corresponding position, the in-trajectory position being a position where at least a part of the third member enters the movement trajectory. When the first member is located at the pop-up corresponding position and the third member is located at the in-trajectory position, the first member is restricted from moving from the pop-up corresponding position to the storage corresponding position by the second member coming into contact with the third member.

    • Ein Fahrzeugtürgriff (3) mit einer Handhabe (4) zur sensorgesteuerten Auslösung einer Fahrzeugfunktion, wobei die Handhabe (4) mit einem an einem Fahrzeug montierbaren Griffgehäuse (20, 20a, 20b) gekoppelt ist. Es sind Kopplungsmittel (30a, 30b, 31) und ein Motor (32) vorgesehen sind, wobei über die Kopplungsmittel (30a, 30b, 31) die Handhabe (4) unter Antrieb des Motors (32) zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer ausgestellten Betätigungsstellung verfahrbar ist. Die Handhabe weist Sensorkomponenten (27a) auf, die eine Betätigungskraft erfassen oder Kommunikationsmittel (27b), welche ein an die Handhabe angenähertes mobiles Kommunikationsgerät erfassen.
      Die Sensorkomponenten (27a) oder die Kommunikationsmittel (27b) sind mit einer Schnittstelle gekoppelt, über welche Betätigungssignale ausgebbar sind.
      Die Handhabe (4) ist sowohl in der Betätigungsstellung als auch in der Ruhestellung über ihre gesamte Erstreckung lagefest und stellwegfrei mit dem Griffgehäuse (20, 20a, 20b) gekoppelt und gegenüber Auslenkung bezüglich des Griffgehäuses (20, 20a, 20b) arretiert.
