摘要： The present invention is directed to a method of making a laminate nonwoven fabric which entails integration of a continuous filament web with a web of cellulosic fiber material, typically wood pulp. In order to abate loss of cellulosic fiber material during integration by hydroentanglement, the present invention contemplates that the continuous filament web is first subjected to hydroentanglement, with the cellulosic fibrous material thereafter integrated, by hydroentangling, into the partially entangled continuous filament web.

摘要： An aqueous slurry containing dissolved solids and a high concentration of suspended solids is positioned as a mat (3) between a pair of porous endless belts (2, 4) to provide a composite structure which is then moved through a treating zone (6) and subjected to alternate stages of compression and relaxation. The compression and relaxation are achieved by passsing the composite structure over a series of spaced rolls (7-12). A liquid stream (24) containing a high concentration of dissolved solid is cascaded over the mat in a countercurrent fashion so that the dissolved solids of the liquid stream are dissolved in the aqueous phase of the mat when the mat is subject to relaxation. The mat containing the increased concentration of dissolved solids and suspended solids is then compacted and the solid residue (39) is landfilled. The liquid stream (31) being discharged from the treating zone and containing a depleted concentration of dissolved solids is recirculated for use in a pulp/papermaking operation.

摘要： A spray dyeing apparatus includes a fabric storage tank and a fabric guide tube disposed above and connected to the fabric storage tank to define a continuous loop for fabric. A pump and a blower are provided to pressurize and convey dye and air into the fabric guide tube via spray nozzles disposed on upper side of the fabric guide tube and directing nozzles arranged on a bottom support plate of the fabric guide tube. The bottom support plate has a support surface having a sufficient width to allow the breadth of the fabric to be substantially fully expanded in moving through the fabric guide tube. The directing nozzles are provided on the support plate in a spaced manner to generate high speed air streams in the downstream direction which are confined above the support plate to have the fabric floating above the support plate and moving in the downstream direction. The high speed air streams also create a low pressure zone under the fabric so as to induce a violent vibration on the fabric by means of the air streams and the pressure difference between the upper and lower sides of the fabric. The spray nozzles are provided on the upper side of the fabric guide tube to spray atomized dye onto the expanded fabric.
