    • The invention relates to a gill box in a spinning preparation machine used to even out individual fibres within a fibre web and make them parallel. According to the invention, the slots (6) in the slotted cams (5) for guiding the gills (4) are in an oblique plane which gives the gills (4) an additional sideways movement during the movement of the gills (4) into and out of the fibre web. This has the advantage that fibre bunches in the fibre web can be loosened and run better in the subsequent stretching process, whereby the evening process is facilitated and the quality of the yarn in the subsequent spinning process is substantially improved.

    • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Streckkopf für ein Streckwerk mit einer Mehrzahl längs einer geschlossenen Führungsbahn (1) parallel zueinander umlaufender, in einem definierten Abstand voneinander gehaltener Nadelstäbe (4) od.dgl.
