摘要： A bag-in-bag-in-bottle assembly formed by a flexible dispensing container with a dispensing fitment. The dispensing container is positioned adjacent or sandwiched between one or more flexible pressurization containers having a separate inlet/outlet path through a second fitment. The bag-in-bag assembly can then be placed in a containment vessel with the fitments mounted such that it is accessible on the vessel. A liquid can be extracted from the dispensing container by introducing a fluid into the pressurization container(s) with enough pressure to force the liquid out through the dispensing fitment. A contoured dispensing head may be coupled to the bag-in-bag-in-bottle assembly using a cam actuation arrangement for simultaneously locking the pressurization, vent and fluid extraction couplings. A key code system may be utilized wherein a universal key code ring is modified to enable key coding of the containment vessel for compatibility with only certain dispense heads.

摘要： Apparatus for delivering a fluid, especially for delivering colourants or the like to a premixer stage of plastics forming equipment, for example an injection moulder of extruder is described. The apparatus includes a fluid supply means (4, 200) connected to a reservoir (8, 208) which is arranged to concertina between minimum and maximum volume conditions. The reservoir (208) is connected via pipeline (24) and peristaltic pump (26) to a delivery means which is arranged to deliver the fluid to a desired location. When the fluid supply means (200) is empty, the level of fluid in the reservoir (208) will fall below the level of a capacitance sensor (32) which will sense the presence of air and cause a signal to be output to alert an operator to change fluid supply means (4). The fluid supply means may be changed before the reservoir is empty of fluid and, accordingly, the process may be operated continuously, even during the replacement of a reservoir (4).

The apparatus further comprises a multiple dispense head (20) for accepting the plurality of nozzles (68), the nozzles (68) being movable relative to a filling position such that any one of the nozzles (68) can be presented at the filling position, a means for, in use, selecting a flexible pouch (8) and bringing it into alignment with a nozzle (68) in the filling position where it is filled via an opening therein, and a means for, in use, sealingly closing the opening and dispensing the filled sealed flexible pouch (8) from the apparatus. Methods of loading a concentrate reservoir (10), disengaging a removable pump (12) and changing a removable pump (12) are also disclosed. A flexible pouch with rigid spout and mixing element are also disclosed.
