摘要： A safety system (10) for improving road compatibility of a vehicle includes a monitoring system (1) and an integrated safety domain control unit (2). The monitoring system includes a vehicle external information monitoring module (11) and a vehicle body posture monitoring module (12). The integrated safety domain control unit (2) is configured to compute a collision condition between the vehicle and an obstacle based on data acquired by the vehicle external information monitoring module (11) and the vehicle body posture monitoring module (12), the collision condition including a collision relative speed and a collision overlap rate, and determine, based on the collision relative speed and the collision overlap rate, whether to deploy an external airbag. A determination condition for controlling triggering of deployment of the external airbag includes determining whether the collision relative speed is less than a first speed threshold and/or whether the collision overlap rate is less than a first overlap rate threshold. The system may reduce damage to a vulnerable road user in collision with the front of a vehicle body. The present invention further relates to a safety apparatus and method for improving road compatibility of a vehicle, and a medium, as well as a vehicle safety system, a vehicle safety apparatus, a method for enhancing safety of a vehicle, and a readable storage medium.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a hinge arrangement (11) of a vehicle (3), the hinge arrangement being transitable between a normal state and a deployed state. The hinge arrangement comprises a body portion (18), a bracket portion (21), a hinge portion (19) and a deployment guiding element (23). The hinge portion comprises a first member (25) and a second member (27a, 27b), the deployment guiding element pivotally connecting the bracket portion and the first member of the hinge portion. The bracket portion is arranged to be in a fixed position relative to the first member during movement in a hinged connection. The bracket portion is arranged to be translationally displaced as a whole in relation to the first member of the hinge portion during the transition of the hinge arrangement between the normal state and the deployed state, the deployment guiding element being adapted to guide the transition and the hinged connection being inactive during the transition. The hinge arrangement further comprises a locking member (29) pivotally connected to the first member, the locking member being adapted to in a first state lock the bracket portion in relation to the first member and in a second state lock the first member in relation to the body portion, wherein the deployment guiding element and the locking member are connected to the first member by means of a common pivot axis (A6).
