摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines bahnförmigen, eine strukturierte Oberfläche (13, 13') aufweisenden Verbundmaterials (30, 30'), umfassend die Schritte: Bereitstellen eines bahnförmigen Trägermaterials (5) aus Papier und/oder Kunststoff, Aufbringen einer UV-härtbaren Lackschicht (7) aus acryliertem Oligomer auf das Trägermaterial (5), Erzeugen einer dreidimensionalen Oberflächenstruktur (13, 13') in der auf das Trägermaterial aufgebrachten Lackschicht (7) und zumindest teilweises Härten der Lackschicht durch Bestrahlung mit energiereicher Strahlung, vorzugsweise UV-Licht. Um mit einem solchen Verfahren Verbundmaterial der genannten Art kostengünstig herstellen zu können, welches sich durch eine hohe mechanische und thermische Beständigkeit für die Verwendung als Strukturgeber oder als Beschichtungsmaterial auszeichnet, sieht die Erfindung vor, dass vor dem Aufbringen der UV-härtbaren Lackschicht (7) mindestens eine Haftvermittlerschicht (8) beinhaltend acryliertes Oligomer, einen Reaktivverdünner und einen auf energiereiche Strahlung, vorzugsweise UV-Strahlung reagierenden Photoinitiator auf das Trägermaterial (5) aufgebracht wird, und dass die die dreidimensionale Oberflächenstruktur (13, 13') aufweisende Lackschicht (7) soweit gehärtet wird, dass das Verbundmaterial (30, 30') im fertigen Zustand eine mittlere Martenshärte nach DIN EN ISO 14577-1 (2003-05) im Bereich von 10 bis 80 N/mm 2 aufweist, wobei der zur Messung der Martenshärte als Prüfkörper verwendete Eindringkörper in die strukturierte Oberfläche der Lackschicht (7) gedrückt wird. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein solches Verbundmaterial (30, 30') sowie dessen Verwendung.

摘要： A method for manufacturing of a wood topped covering panel (200) with a bevelled edge (250) from a workpiece (200') comprising a substrate (240') and a wooden top layer (230'), the method comprising the steps of: providing a workpiece (200') comprising a front side, a back side and a plurality of side edges, the workpiece (200') further comprising a substrate (240') and a wooden top layer (230') with a thickness, wherein the front side comprises the wooden top layer (230'); providing a pressure apparatus comprising: a press (330) and a press plate (310) provided with a work surface (310A) configured to engage the workpiece (200') and at least one extended press-height (311) protruding from the work surface (310A) by a height greater than the thickness of the wooden top layer (230') and comprising an oblique surface (312) adapted to emboss a surface, the oblique surface (312) provided at an angle relative to the work surface (310A) of between 10 and 30 degrees; heating the press (330) to between 40 and 100 degrees Celsius; positioning the workpiece (200') onto the press plate (310) such that the front side faces the press plate (310) and the back side faces the press (330); moving the press (330) towards the press plate (310) such that the press-height (311) embosses the wooden top layer (230') and the substrate (240') of the workpiece (200') for between 1 second and 5 minutes to form an extended groove (231') in the wooden top layer (230') and the substrate (240'); transferring the workpiece (200') from the pressure apparatus to a milling machine; and removing material from a side edge (210') adjacent the extended groove (231') to form a wood topped covering panel (200) with a finished side edge comprising a bevel (250), wherein the substrate (240) is not exposed at the bevel (250).

摘要： Embossed polymer sheets and interlayers having at least one tapered zone are provided. The roughness of the embossed portion of the sheets and interlayers may be substantially uniform. Methods and systems for producing such interlayers are also described herein and may utilize at least one pair of rollers oriented substantially parallel to one another. When used in multiple layer panels, such as safety glass laminates, the embossed tapered interlayers described herein exhibit excellent optical performance, as indicated by the low haze and high clarity of the resulting panels.
