    • A method for the manufacture of prefabricated reinforced mortar panels and slabs, particularly one in which metal molds are used that have resistant means to withstand the stressing of biaxial reinforcement members. According to the method, a mold (3) is provided that is formed by two parallel central walls (2, 5), forming the major faces of the panel, two sidewalls (9), which connect the sides of the central walls (2, 5) and form the lateral edges of the panel, and two end walls which connect the end edges of the central (2, 5) and sidewalls (9), and form the end edges of the panel. A stressed reinforcement member (7, 8) is provided biaxially between the sidewalls (9) and the end walls. Finally mortar is introduced through an operable space provided in one of the central walls (2, 5), side walls (9) and/or end walls.

    • L'invention concerne des coffrages fendus permettant de coffrer les abouts de poutre en béton armé coulées dans des moules en forme de goulotte. Les fentes chevauchent et maintiennent les armatures du faisceau rangées en nappes verticales et tendues à l'intérieur du moule. Cette particularité supprime les opérations de manutention fastidieuses, pénibles et dangereuses de l'ensemble du dispositif constitué habituellement du faisceau d'armatures, des coffrages d'about percés et des armatures transversales.
      Le coffrage (1) est constitué d'une pièce mécanique rectangulaire dont la partie centrale est équipée de dents constituées de barreaux (2) tournant sur eux même de 90° et faisant apparaître des fentes (9) s'ouvrant sur le bas du coffrage. Lorsque ces fentes sont refermées, le coffrage présente une face de coffrage plane. Les faces des dents étant crénelées (5), elles forment entre elles des orifices permettant le passage et le positionnement des armatures (4) et (8) longitudinales des poutres.
