    • La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'aube monocristalline de distributeur de turbomachine comprenant une pale (13) entre deux plateformes (14), par coulée de métal en fusion dans un moule carapace suivie d'une solidification dirigée dont le front progresse verticalement de bas en haut, depuis un monocristal fourni par un dispositif (16) fournisseur de grain monocristallin placé à la partie inférieure du moule et d'orientation prédéterminée, la direction [001] se confondant avec la verticale, les volumes du moule formant les plateformes (14) étant orientés sensiblement selon un plan parallèle à la direction [001] dudit monocristal et le volume du moule formant la pale comprenant un bord inférieur, le dispositif fournissant le grain monocristallin débouchant dans un conduit de grain (18) formant raccordement entre ledit dispositif et les extrémités inférieures des plateformes, le conduit de grain (18) étant conformé de façon à comprendre deux branches d'alimentation (18b, 18c) des plateformes (14) et un volume en forme de voile (18d) s'étendant entre lesdites branches d'alimentation (18b, 18c), les plateformes (14) et le bord inférieur (13BF) de la pale (13). Le procédé est caractérisé par le fait que le bord supérieur du volume formant la pale est incliné par rapport à la direction horizontale.

    • An offset conveyor system (10) utilizes a lower conveying section (11) positioned adjacent a pouring station (61) where molten metal is poured into weighted and jacketed sand molds. Molds (21) are transported on carriers (16) along the lower section (11) from a mold loading station (31) to a weight and jacket placement station (41) to the pouring station (61). After pouring, the carrier (16) with jacketed mold (21) is moved up an incline to an upper conveying section (13) parallel the lower section (11) and may overlap the lower section (11) partially. Molds (21) are transported in an opposite linear direction relative to the lower section (11) to the weight and jacket removal station (41) and to a mold dump station, where the sand mold (21) and casting are removed from the conveyor (13). The carrier is returned to the lower conveyor section (11) to receive another mold. The weight and jacket (22) removed from the upper section (13) is placed on a mold (21) on the lower section (11), therefore only a minimum number of weights and jackets (22) are used. The mold carriers (16) may be dimensioned to carry sand molds (21) in side by side relation thus, castings may circulate more than one circuit on the upper and lower conveyors (11, 13) to permit additional cooling and solidification if necessary or multiple pourings may be accomplished.

    • The improvements are applicable to the production of cast steel parts (15), provided with inner cavities (16), by the arrangement of various stacked compartments (1,2,3,4,5,6), with a central filling collector (8) and multiple parts (7) disposed radially or in another form in each of the compartments and characterised in that in the end of the core (21,30) which corresponds to the inner cavity of each of the parts, there is a projection (20,22,23,24,26,27,28) for controlling a recess which is provided inside the part, in the area distant from the outer surface thereof, all of the filling being performed from the single central filling duct (8), without supply sinkheads. The projection for controlling the recess disposed inside the core provides communication of the cavity of the recess with the atmosphere, by means of its own core, owing to the permeability of the sand, avoiding local depressions in the walls of the cast part.
