摘要： Provided is a filled-sandwich-pancake maker that has improved production capacity, and that is equipped with: a baking device in which multiple griddle plates are linked to form a griddle-plate conveyor that orbits above and below a burner; a batter depositor that dispenses batter for forming pancakes in a line on the griddle plates; a flipping device that flips the pancakes such that their browned surface faces up; a blower that blows air to release pancakes from the griddle plates; a normal-orientation/upside-down-orientation switching device that alternates, for each row, between a normal orientation in which the pancakes are conveyed with their browned surface facing down, and an upside-down orientation in which the pancakes are conveyed with their browned surface facing up; a bean-paste depositor that deposits bean paste upon pancakes whose browned surface are facing down; a branding device that applies a brand onto the pancakes; and an aligning/sealing device that suctions and lifts pancakes whose browned surface are facing up, moves said pancakes in a circular arc, lays those pancakes upon other pancakes on which bean paste has been deposited, sandwiches those pancakes between a top die and a bottom die, and presses the layered pancakes together.

摘要： An apparatus for rinsing food particles in containers. The apparatus includes a conveyor (14) on which containers (15) holding a portioned amount of product are conveyed upright in single file, means (16) for introducing hot rinse water into the containers, and rotary draining means (40) in which the water-filled containers are first inverted to drain off the rinse water and are then returned to an upright position for transfer to additional processing operations such as sauce filling, container sealing, retorting and cooling. A stationary slide plate (20) is provided between the conveyor and the rotary draining means, and reciprocating arm means (22, 31) are mounted adjacent the slide plate to move the water-filled containers from the conveyor across the slide plate and into the rotary draining means. The rotary draining means includes a pair of horizontally extending support surfaces (41, 42) mounted equidistant from and parallel to a central shaft (43) around which the support surfaces rotate. A perforated plate (45) is mounted above both of the support surfaces to retain the containers thereon as the draining unit is rotated and the jars are inverted, and permit draining of the rinse water from the containers when they are rotated to an inverted position. The apparatus is particularly suitable for removing surface starch from freshly extruded pasta filled directly into jars.

摘要： A machine for manufacturing cooked foodstuffs such as crepes comprises an upwardly directed rotatable concave hot plate (31) which is slightly inclined. A radially disposed pouring tube (38) is arranged above the plate (31) and has holes (78) for dispensing pre-made food mixture onto the plate (31) in a manner causing a constant quantity of mixture per surface area of the plate whereby a thin uniform disc of the mixture is formed. A heating element (33) heats the plate (31) to cook one side of the disc and the plate (31) is mounted on a hub (35) which, upon rotation inverts the plate (31) enabling the partially cooked disc to the dispensed onto a flat further hot plate (32) such that the other side is then cooked. A pump unit (37) pumps the mixture from a tank (39) to the pouring tube (38). A spatula (34) assists in dispensing the partially cooked disc from the hot plate (31). The machine operates cyclically and automatically whilst mixture remains in the tank (39).
