摘要： The present invention relates to a radio repeater using the non-radiative dielectric waveguide. In the radio repeater of the present invention, a reflective negative resistance amplifier using the negative resistance of a Gunn diode is applied at one side of the dielectric waveguide, enabling input signals to be inputted through the input terminal dielectric waveguide, circulated in the circulator and to enter the Gunn diode. Reflected waves amplified in the said Gunn diode, after being circulated in the circulator, come out of the output terminal dielectric waveguide. In place of the conventional radio repeater with a complicated structure, the present invention provides a radio repeater on the non-radiative dielectric waveguides and a radio repeater using the multi-space non-radiative dielectric waveguides, which receives a frequency, amplifies the frequency as received, and retransmits the amplified signals to any intended direction. Because the internal circuit of the present invention's radio repeater is in an amplifier structure, which uses a simple Gunn diode, the circuit is simple and, thus, power consumption may be reduced. Furthermore, with a dielectric band inserted in the radio repeater, directions for reception and transmission can be freely changed. Using the radio repeater of the present invention, a small size radio repeater of low power consumption may be made. The radio repeater of the present invention may also be applied to a directional repeater for an indoor milli-wave LAN.

The invention is particularly useful in TV video circuits.

摘要： Le circuit hyperfréquence à cavité résonnante équipée de paires de diodes périphériques a pour but de tirer la puissance maximale en très haute fréquance de diodes à avalanche couplées deux par deux à la cavité résonnante.
Une, deux ou n paires de diodes (17, 18) sont disposées aux fonds de chambres cylindriques communiquant par leur partie centrale avec une cavité cylindrique (10). Chaque paire de diodes est maintenue et polarisée par un barreau métallique (20), jouant avec les parois de la chambre le rôle d'un transformateur d'impédance entre les diodes et la cavité centrale (10). L'énergie est prélevée au centre de celle-ci par une sortie d'antenne coaxiale (26).
Application aux amplificateurs et oscillateurs à résistance négative, notamment dans la bande de 5 à 20 GHz.
