This heating cooking appliance (1) is configured such that the circulation duct (20) is provided with first and second paths (23, 24) which branch off upstream of the heating device (32), that the first path (23) guides gas to the area upstream of the heating device (32), and that the second path (24) guides gas to the area downstream of the heating device (32), in which area of the flow of this gas joins the flow of the gas that runs through the first path (23).
