    • A lamp mounting structure (100') and a lamp. The lamp mounting structure (100') comprises: a mounting assembly (1'), a connecting assembly (2'), and a base plate assembly (3'). The mounting assembly (1') is fixedly mounted on a mounting wall. The base plate assembly (3') is fixedly connected to a lamp body. The connecting assembly (2') comprises a first connecting assembly (21') and a second connecting assembly (22'). Two ends of the first connecting assembly (21') are rotatably connected to the mounting assembly (1') and the base plate assembly (3'), respectively, to form a first rotating portion (2121') and a second rotating portion (2131').     • Die Erfindung betrifft ein System zur Realisierung einer in einer Längsrichtung langgestreckten Leuchte, das mehrere in Längsrichtung X langgestreckte Tragschienen 1 umfasst, die jeweils einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen, der durch einen Tragschienenboden und zwei Tragschienenseitenwände gebildet ist, wobei das System eine Kupplung 3 zum mechanischen Verbinden einer ersten und einer zweiten der Tragschienen 1 umfasst, die einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, der durch einen Kupplungsboden 31 und zwei Kupplungsseitenwände 32, 33 gebildet ist, wobei in einem Betriebszustand des Systems die Kupplung 3 mit einem ersten Längsabschnitt in der ersten Tragschiene 1 und mit einem zweiten Längsabschnitt in der zweiten Tragschiene 1 angeordnet ist und diese Tragschienen 1 zueinander fixiert, wobei zumindest eine erste der Kupplungsseitenwände 32, 33 mit einem ersten Längsendabschnitt 326, 326 zur Längsrichtung X abgewinkelt zur anderen Kupplungsseitenwand 32, 33 hin verläuft, so dass die Kupplung 3 eine sich zu ihrem ersten Längsende hin reduzierende transversale Breite aufweist.
