The lens (22) is provided to contact an end of the optical unit (12), and a portion of the optical unit (12), the portion of the optical unit contacting the lens (22), is provided with a light intake portion (1220) configured to cause light emitted from the second light source portion (21) to be incident on the optical unit (12).
