Zum Zwecke des Spulenwechsels werden die Laufschienen nach unten verschwenkt, so daß sie ein geringes Gefälle haben. Zumindest eine der Laufschienen steht in Verbindung mit einer Einrichtung (31) zur Entspannung der Zentrierteller (29).

    • PROCESS FOR SPINNING OR TWISTING YARNS, MACHINE FOR SPINNING OR TWISTING YARNS AND METHOD TO TRANSFORM A MACHINE FOR SPINNING OR TWISTING YARNS. A feature of the invention should be a process of yarn spinning or twisting, in which a yarn runs between a yarn feeding means (1) towards a yarn picking means, the said yarn picking means being connected to driving means to rotate the yarn picking means at a predetermined speed, in which a stretch of balloon is generated in a point located between the feeding means (1) and the picking means by the presence of twisting means.     • The present invention refers to a process for the production and for the winding of at least one polyester multi-filament yam which consists of at least 90 weight %, in relation to the total weight of the polyester multi-filament yarn, of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and/or polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTMT), preferably of PTMT, to provide at least one yam package with long-term stability during storage and which is insensitive against elevated temperatures during storage and transport wherein polyester comprises an infrared absorbing pigment and/or a catalyst having infrared absorbing properties and that the polyester multi-filament yam is heat-treated by the use of infrared radiation during winding to a yarn package.
      In addition the present invention relates to said polyester multi-filament yam obtainable by said process wherein its elongation at break is in the range of > 60 % to 145 % and its boil-off shrinkage is in the range of 0 to 10 %.
      The present invention also claims a device for the winding of one or more multi-filament yams (3) comprising a commercial winder and at least one infrared radiant heater (9) arranged in a defined distance from the winder shaft (4) thereby irradiating a yarn package (5) which is placed on said winder shaft (4).
