摘要： A marine flooring plate (2a-2f) designed for use as walking base in a boat is disclosed. The marine flooring plate is constructed of a High Pressure Laminate (HPL) having a body of kraft paper (P) impregnated with thermo setting binding agent, an upper layer in the form of a decorating paper (D) imprinted with wood structure and impregnated with resin and a wear resistant top layer in the form of a transparent paper (O) impregnated with resin. The body of the high pressure laminate has a through inked black or brown core. The wear resistant top layer and the upper layer having wood structure décor is machined in the depth (d) and into the black/brown body of the high pressure laminate by means of a milling tool. Thus seams (3, 4) are formed in the flooring plate in a predetermined pattern in order to imitate a marine flooring of natural wood.

The covering according to the invention is constituted by one or more prefabricated plate-shaped elements, where the prefabricated element is made up of at least two layers, where the top layer includes a plurality of solid wooden planks, where the planks are glued to an underlying layer, and where the bottom layer is constituted by a dimensionally stable plate intended for bonding onto the deck of the ship.
By such a type of covering, many elements may be produced in a relatively short period of time under optimal conditions; e.g. in a workshop. The purpose of making these elements is that production time is minimised and that a better quality of the covering is achieved while at the same time the solution is cheaper.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a ship deck (100) and a pre-fabricated ship deck element for manufacturing the ship deck. The ship deck (100) comprises a surface layer (106) with an exposed upper side, e.g. of teak, being supported upon a carcase (102) existent in the ship and having a surface that has protruding irregularities (104). The pre-fabricated ship deck element comprises said surface layer and an underlying layer of cellular plastic (108), and is applied upon the carcase by attaching the free lower surface of the cellular plastic layer to the carcase, such that the irregularities occurring on the surface of the carcase sink into the cellular plastic and the exposed surface layer remains essentially unaffected by said irregularities. In this way, a great surface finish can easily be achieved, at the same time obtaining significant savings of weight, subduing of footsteps and thermal insulation.
