摘要： A process for removal of halide from a halide containing organic compound in a solvent, a process for simultaneous removal of halide from a halide containing organic compound and reduction of an oxygen containing organic compound in a solvent, a process for removal of halide from a halide containing organic compound, a process for reduction of an oxygen containing organic compound in a solvent, a system for removal of halide from a halide containing organic compound in a solvent, a system for simultaneous removal of halide from a halide containing organic compound and the reduction of an oxygen containing organic compound in a solvent, and a system for reducing an oxygen containing organic compound in a solvent are disclosed. The process for simultaneous removal of halide from a halide containing organic compound and reduction of an oxygen containing organic compound in a solvent, includes exposing a solvent having a halide containing organic compound and an oxygen containing organic compound, in the presence of hydrogen and a hydrogen halide scavenger, to a catalyst which is capable, in the presence of hydrogen, of (i) converting the halide in the halide containing organic compound to hydrohalic acid; and (ii) reducing the oxygen containing organic compound; at a pressure and at an elevated temperature and for a time sufficient: (a) to convert the halide in the halide containing organic compound to hydrohalic acid; and (b) to reduce the oxygen containing organic compound; and neutralising the hydrohalic acid formed in (a) with hydrogen halide scavenger.

摘要： This invention relates to a process for reducing the levels of contamination of soils polluted by DDT, DDE, DDD and/or their isomers which comprises the steps of:
(i) excavating the polluted soil;
(ii) sieving the excavated soil to separate out a first part with particle size measurement less than a predetermined threshold value;
(iii) adding to a predetermined quantity of the first part of sieved polluted soil a first aqueous solution containing one or more enzymes in such a way as to obtain a solid - liquid mass;
(iv) stirring the solid - liquid mass for a predetermined time so that said one or more enzymes catalyse the partial or total degradation of said pollutant; and
(v) separating the solid - liquid mass into a residual aqueous suspension and into a solid part.

摘要： Disclosed are: a novel microorganism which can decompose a methylthiotriazine compound (particularly, simetryn, dimethametryn, prometryn), a chlorotriazine compound (particularly, simazine, atrazine, propazine) and a methoxytriazine compound (particularly, simeton, atraton, prometon) which have been frequently used as agrichemicals or the like; and a method for decomposing a methylthiotriazine compound, a chlorotriazine compound and/or a methoxytriazine compound by using the microorganism. 摘要： Solid materials, such as soils, containing contaminants are treated with hydroxylradicals, in the gas phase. The hydroxyl radicals are created by hydrogen peroxide or ozone, preferably a combination of hydrogen peroxide, ozone and UV light. A decontamination unit (10) for on-site use in the treatment of contaminated solid materials, such as contaminated soil, is a totally enclosed closed-loop system containing a soil augers (16), a first UV light port (22), a hydrogen peroxide storage tank (24), further augers (34, 48), a second UV light port (38), peroxide spray nozzles (28, 42) and an air supply fan (50).

Un exemple d'un compose traite efficacement par le procede de l'invention est le kepone, decachloropentacyclo (5.3.0.02, 6. 9.04, 8) decan-5-one.

摘要： The present invention concerns a decontamination process. More specifically, the present invention concerns a process for treating a soil contaminated by organic non-hydrocarbon water insoluble pollutants, comprising the concentration of said pollutants in a fraction of "fine particles" of soil and the separation of the latter from the other fractions of soil. The aforementioned fraction of "fine particles" of the soil in which the organic non-hydrocarbon water insoluble pollutants are concentrated, which is lower than the quantity of soil treated, may be decontaminated through further appropriate treatments or sent for safe disposal. The process according to the present invention also differs due to the fact that no liquid contaminants are produced to be subjected to decontamination treatment prior to recycling or release into the environment.
