摘要： The present invention discloses a height-adjustable bed handrail guard, comprising a handrail part, two telescopic railings, the lower ends of the two telescopic railings are to be fixed parallel to the side of the bed, the two telescopic railings are vertically provided with a first telescopic pipe, a second telescopic pipe, the first telescopic pipe is slipped into the second telescopic pipe, the first telescopic pipe is provided with a reversing mechanism, tie rod, snap-in mechanism, the reversing mechanism, tie rod, and snap-in mechanism are connected in turn, and the handrail part is fixed across the upper end of the two first telescopic pipes; buckle handle, shaft rod extends laterally to the first telescopic pipe and connected with the reversing mechanism, the buckle hand is fixed in the middle of the shaft rod, the pull buckle hand drives the shaft rod to rotate to make the tie rod go up or down, and the tie rod drives the snap-in mechanism to snap or relax the first telescopic pipe at different heights of the second telescopic pipe to adjust the height of the handrail part and the telescopic railing. The present invention makes the height adjustment of the handrail guard more convenient.
