Il utilise principalement des moyens de récupération d'énergie, et plus particulièrement, un système vis (2)/écrou (4), par exemple à billes, dont l'angle de pas de la vis (2) est important (supérieur à 5°) ou un système à arbre lisse. Plusieurs moteurs (9) peuvent être placés soit aux extrémités, soit à l'intérieur de la vis lorsque celle-ci est creuse. La réversibilité du système vis/écrou avec un angle très important permet de récupérer, lors des phases de décélération des charges, une grande partie de l'énergie électrique qui peut être réexpédiée sur le réseau d'alimentation ou stockée dans un condensateur (14). Applications multiples notamment pour les robots.

摘要： Disclosed is a rotary actuator utilizing magnetic screws which are stably rotatable at a great torque with little torque variation. The rotary actuator comprising (a) a closed hollow cylinder, a piston sliding within the cylinder, and a rotary shaft which rotates with the sliding of the piston, has (b) a first magnetic screw member which makes a linear motion in synchronism with the sliding of the piston, and is provided with a first spiral magnetized band, and (c) a rotary shaft rotatably supported in relation to the first magnetic screw member, and having a second magnetic screw provided with a second spiral magnetized band. (d) With the sliding of the piston, the second magnetic screw receives the magnetic force from the first magnetic screw to thereby rotate the rotating shaft.

摘要： An actuator providing substantial energy savings by using a reversible mechanical system. In particular, the actuator uses a power recovery system, particularly a screw (2) and nut (4) system, e.g. a ball-type system, wherein the pitch of the screw (2) is coarse (above 5°), or a smooth shaft system. A number of motors (9) may be placed at the ends of the screw or inside it when it is hollow. The reversibility of the coarse pitch screw/nut system allows a large portion of the electrical energy to be fed back to the supply grid or stored in a capacitor (14) during load deceleration phases. The actuator has many uses, particularly in robots.
