    • A clip, which retains and fixes an attaching member and an attached member while being provided between the attaching member and the attached member, includes a first engaging portion, a second engaging portion, and a coupling device for coupling the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion. In the first engaging portion, plural first engagement devices are provided in order to attach the clip to the attached member. For example, a second engagement device is provided in the second engaging portion. In the second engagement device, an engagement direction of a plane differs from that of the first engaging portion, and an axis-line direction of the second engagement device differs from that of the first engaging portion. The attaching member and the attached member are simultaneously attached to the second engagement device. The coupling device couples the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion so as to be able to be bent and twisted between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion.

    • A clip for use in a cushion for a seat is disclosed. The cushion includes a cushioned pad (2) and a trim cover (1) covering the cushioned pad, the cushioned pad having a recess portion and a wire embedded in the cushioned pad (2) so as to be partially exposed to the recess portion from the cushioned pad, the trim cover having a portion, a longitudinal tensioning cord (3) attached to the portion of the trim cover, a longitudinal bulged member provided along a longitudinal edge portion of the cord, and a laterally elongated through-hole formed in the cord. The clip (6) comprises a frame body (60) having a substantially U-shape in cross-section, the frame body including first and second spaced apart side portions and an intermediate portion interconnecting the side portions, a pair of spaced apart inverted-pawls (61,62) provided at edges of both ends of the frame body so as to inwardly face each other, a hook portion (63) provided on an outer surface of the intermediate portion, and a stopper piece (65) provided on the first side portion of the frame body so as to stand up from the first side portion and extend beyond a space between the pawls toward the second side portion. The clip is adapted to be hooked between the bulged member (3a) and an exposed axial portion of the wire with the frame body receiving the bulged member therein and retainingly holding the bulged member, with the pawls being stoppingly engaged with the bulged member, with the stopper piece (65) being inserted through the through-hole, and with the hook portion (63) being hooked to the exposed axial portion of the wire (4), whereby the trim cover is tensioned and attached at the portion thereof to the cushioned pad by the clip. A vehicle seat wherein the trim cover is tensioned and attached at the portion thereof to the cushioned pad by a plurality of the clips is also disclosed.

    • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Varioträger (1) zur Montage an zwei vertikalen Trägerprofilen (4a,4b) eines Racks, bei dem die vertikalen Trägerprofile (4a,4b) des Racks Öffnungen (3) in einem standardisierten Raster aufweisen. Der Varioträger (1) ist über die Öffnungen (3) an den vertikalen Trägerprofilen (4a,4b) festlegbar und weist eine Rasteinrichtung auf, welche bei der Montage in einer der Öffnungen (3) eines vertikalen Trägerprofils (4b) automatisch verrastet. Der Varioträger (1) weist zusätzlich gegenüberliegend der Rasteinrichtung zumindest einen starr mit dem Varioträger (1) verbundenen Haltehaken (2) zum Einhängen in einer der Öffnungen (3) eines vertikalen Trägerprofils (4a) auf, so dass der Varioträger (1) über den Haltehaken (2) in die Öffnung (3) eingehängt und anschließend so geschwenkt werden kann, dass die Rasteinrichtung mit einer der Öffnungen (3) am gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Trägerprofil (4b) verrasten kann.
      Ferner wird ein Verfahren zur Montage eines Varioträgers beschrieben.
