摘要： A hermetically sealed zip fastener (1) is described, said zip fastener comprising two rows of facing teeth (3, 4) mounted on two strips (5, 6) of compressively elastic material, the said teeth being joined together and disengaged by a movable slider (7) which can be displaced by gripping its outwardly projecting gripping member (8). In the zip fastener (1) according to the invention, on opposite sides of the strips (5, 6), the slider (7) is provided with a first concave capsule (10) and a second concave capsule (11) having a form substantially the mirror-image of each other and arranged with the perimetral edges (12, 13) of their concavities opposite and facing each other, the first capsule (10) having directed upwards a pin (14) perpendicular thereto and able to slide perpendicularly through a cavity (15) inside the slider (7) and through a hole (16) formed in the second capsule (11), and the gripping member (8) is connected to or has means (17, 18) which, when actuated, cause a simultaneous displacement of the first capsule (10) towards the second capsule (11) and of the second capsule (11) towards the first capsule (10) perpendicular to the plane (α) of the zip fastener (1), which causes a movement, towards each other, of the end parts (12t, 13t) of their perimetral edges (12, 13) sufficient to grip between them, with a desired pressure, the strips (5, 6).

摘要： The separable bottom end stop assembly has a male member (7) and a female member (8) which are engageable with and releasable from each other in a front-to-back direction thereof. A slide plate (9) of the male member (8) has an engagement leg portion (11) projected therefrom, while a sliding plate (10) of the female member (8) has an engagement hole (12). Sliding surfaces (13, 14) are respectively formed at peripheries of the engagement leg portion (11) and the engagement hole (12) of the slide plates (9, 10). Each of the slide surfaces (13, 14) is formed with steep incline surfaces (18, 19) and a gentle incline surface (20). With the cam mechanism, when the male member (7) and the female member (8) are pressed from both surfaces thereof, an insert plate (30) which is disposed at one of the male member (7) and the female member (8) is automatically guided to an inside of the slider (3) which is held by a holding portion (21) which is disposed at the other of the male member (7) and the female member 8, which simultaneously causes the slider (3) to start moving.

摘要： The invention relates to a slider for a zip fastener, which slider comprises a lower part (4), an upper part (3) and a puller (2). The lower part (4) and the upper part (3) are interconnected by means of a hinge, whereby the slider can be set in an open and a closed condition, respectively. The puller (2), which is made of a resilient material and constitutes the part that the user holds when using the slider, comprises locking pins (6) for locking the lower part (4) and the upper part (3) in the closed condition, and also dividing shoulders (9). The lower part (4) comprises a hole (7) which can receive the locking pins (6) of the puller (2) in order to lock the lower part and the upper part in the closed condition. The upper part (3) comprises a cradle (13) for the locking pins 6 of the puller (2) and also a slanted dividing body (10), which is capable of separating the dividing shoulders (9) and therewith the locking pins (6) of the puller. Further, the upper part (3) comprises two hinge taps (14) and the lower part (4) comprises an area (15, 16, 17) for cooperation with said hinge taps, whereby the hinge between the lower part and the upper part is formed through cooperation between the hinge taps (14) and the area (15, 16, 17). The invention further pertains to a method for assembly of the slider (1). According to the method, the upper part is mounted to the lower part by pressing the upper part onto the lower part straight from above, whereby the hinge is formed through cooperation between the hinge taps (14) and the area (15, 16, 17).
