摘要： L'invention concerne un procédé catalytique de dimérisation ou de codimérisation ou d'oligomérisation notamment sélectives d'oléfines, effectué sous pression, dans une zone de réaction (1) renfermant un lit de catalyseur solide dans lequel est plongée une pluralité d'espaces internes creux (6.3a) délimités par des parois, chacun étant divisé en un demi-espace supérieur (6.3,1a) et en un demi-espace inférieur (6.3,2a) qui communiquent entre eux par une zone relieuse (6.6a) . Un fluide autogène de thermorégulation circule, sous la forme d'une nappe, dans lesdits espaces internes creux (6.3a) après avoir traversé une zone de distribution centrale (6.1a) et des zones distributives (6.2a) et avant de passer dans des zones collectrices (6.4a) et dans une zone de collecte centrale (6.5a).
Le procédé selon l'invention s'applique notamment à la dimérisation sélective du propylène en méthyl-4 pentène-1.

摘要： Disclosed is a process for recovering heat in an oxygenate to olefin ('OTO') production process. The process includes removing heat while maintaining the temperature of an effluent stream that comprises solid particles (typically catalyst particles) and a gas phase comprising prime olefins from an OTO reactor above the dew point temperature of the effiuent stream. The process further includes washing the effluent stream in solids wash to remove the solid particles from the gas phase into a liquid wash medium.

摘要： An olefins process is described which combines cracking of a hydrocarbon feedstock with the coupling of methane using an oxygen-affording gas such that the heat evolved in the exothermic methane coupling reaction is effectively transferred to the endothermic cracking process in a manner which does not allow the non-hydrocarbon products in the effluent of the methane coupling reaction to mix with the effluent of the cracking process. By combining the cryogenic requirements of the two processes, the refrigeration used in air liquifaction to separate oxygen for the methane coupling process can provide refrigerant nitrogen to liquify one or more of methane, ethylene and propylene which can be used in the cryogenic separation of the C2+ hydrocarbon products in the cracking process effluent.

摘要： On décrit un procédé et un dispositif en lit fixe de production d'hydrocarbures oléfiniques à partir d'une charge d'hydrocarbures aliphatiques saturés de 2 à 20 atomes de carbone et d'hydrogène dans une enceinte 1 comportant une pluralité de tubes 3 remplis d'un catalyseur, parallèles, disposés en rangées. On effectue une phase dite réactionnelle et une phase de régénération du catalyseur dans les tubes de l'enceinte. Le chauffage des tubes est réalisé par des moyens de chauffage 6 radiants appropriés, disposés en nappes sensiblement perpendiculaires aux tubes. Ces nappes chauffent une première partie des tubes (côté alimentation) avec un flux thermique supérieur au flux thermique moyen de l'enceinte et une deuxième partie subséquente avec un flux moyen au plus égal au flux thermique moyen, de telle façon que l'isothermicité du catalyseur est sensiblement maintenue, grâce à des moyens de contrôle adéquats.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for obtaining raw-1,3-butadiene by extractive distillation with a selective solvent from a C4-fraction, containing C4-acetylenes as secondary components, in a partition column (TK) with a bottom evaporator (V1) inside of which a partition (T) is arranged in longitudinal direction of the column while forming a first partial area (A), a second partial area (B) and a lower shared column area (C), and to which an extractive wash column (K) is connected upstream therefrom. The invention is characterized in that the supply of energy into the partition column (TK) via the bottom evaporator (V1) is controlled in such a manner that a bottom flow (17) is drawn out from the partition column (TK), this bottom flow containing solvent loaded with C4-acetylenes whose proportion of 1,3-butadiene is limited in order to render the loss of 1,3-butadiene economically acceptable. The invention is also characterized in that the bottom flow (17) is fed to an acetylene degassing device (AG) and, inside this acetylene degassing device (AG), the C4-acetylenes are stripped out via the top and purified solvent is obtained in the form of a bottom flow (27).
