摘要： The application describes an apparatus including a non-transitory memory including instructions to perform random access in a beam sweeping network having a cell. The network includes a downlink sweeping subframe, an uplink sweeping subframe and a regular sweeping subframe. The apparatus also includes a processor operably coupled to the non-transitory memory. The processor is configured to execute the instructions of selecting an optimal downlink transmission beam transmitted by the cell during the downlink sweeping subframe. The processor is also configured to execute the instructions of determining an optimal downlink reception beam from the optimal downlink transmission beam. The processor is further configured to execute the instructions of determining a random access preamble and a physical random access channel (PRACH) resource via resource selection from the optimal downlink transmission beam. The processor is even further configured to execute the instructions of transmitting, to a node, the selected random access preamble via the PRACH resource and an uplink transmission beam of the uplink subframe.

The communication device (40) is in an idle mode and the access response message is received after a random access response message. Alternatively, the communication device (40) is in a connected mode and the resumption indication is received via a physical downlink control channel. Therefore load control of load associated with the access attempt of the communication device (40) may be accomplished in a fast, easy and flexible way.

摘要： A method and node for power efficient allocation of enhanced physical downlink control channel resources are disclosed. According one aspect, a method at a network node of allocating an enhanced control channel to a first wireless device is provided. The method includes determining a control channel subframe pattern for the first wireless device. The subframe pattern for the first wireless device includes at least an indication of a pattern of subframes during which the first wireless device is to monitor the enhanced control channel for downlink control information. The subframe pattern is based at least in part on enhanced control channel subframe utilization of other wireless devices. The method also includes transmitting the control channel subframe pattern to the first wireless device, and transmitting the downlink control channel information to the first wireless device over the enhanced control channel according to the enhanced control channel subframe pattern.

According to embodiments of the present invention, a primary serving cell and a secondary serving cell can still work properly when the primary serving cell and the secondary serving cell separately belong to different base stations, or a delay over a connection between the primary serving cell and the secondary serving cell is relatively long and a capacity is relatively small.

The station access management device for a wireless local area network comprises an access point (AP). The AP comprises a processor and a sender. The first message carries a silent information unit and a first neglect instruction information unit. The silent information unit is used for enabling a station (STA) receiving the first message to pause to send a signal to the AP. The first neglect instruction information unit uses a format that can be only parsed by a specific STA, and is used for instructing the specific STA to neglect the silent information unit. The station access management device and method for a wireless local area network provided in the embodiments of the present invention can improve the throughput and the communication of a WLAN system.
