摘要： This invention relates to a proposal of an uplink resource assignment format and a downlink resource assignment format. Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of the new uplink/downlink resource assignments in methods for (de)activation of downlink component carrier(s) configured for a mobile terminal, a base station and a mobile terminal. To enable efficient and robust (de)activation of component carriers, while minimizing the signaling overhead, the invention proposes a new uplink/downlink resource assignment format that allow the activation/deactivation of individual downlink component carriers configured for a mobile. The new uplink or downlink resource assignment comprises an indication of the activation state of the configured downlink component carriers, i.e. indicate which downlink component carrier(s) is/are to be activated or deactivated. This indication is for example implemented by means of a bit-mask that indicates which of the configured uplink component carriers are to be activated respectively deactivated.

A radio communication method for a radio base station that outputs a plurality of beams of varying tilt angles and forms a plurality of cells that are sectorized vertically, and a user terminal that establishes wireless connection with the radio base station, provides the steps in which the radio base station acquires information about the communication capacity of each of the plurality of cells, and controls the vertical plane beam width and/or transmission power of each cell and sets the coverage area of each cell so that differences in communication capacity between the plurality of cells are reduced.

摘要： A method for load control in uplink interference cancellation systems with soft decision is disclosed. It is determined whether interference is to be cancelled from a received signal based on a packet size of the received signal. If the signal is to be cancelled, a maximal correlation factor between an interfering portion and a useful portion of the received signal is determined based on a transport block size of the received signal. If the signal is to be cancelled, a reduced target load for a base station is also determined based on the maximal correlation factor. If the signal is to be cancelled, uplink transmit power for one or more wireless communication devices is adjusted based on the reduced target load.

摘要： Embodiments herein relate to a method performed by a radio unit (101) for controlling power levels of spatially separated transceivers (110-119) connected to the radio unit (101) via corresponding antenna ports (a-j). Each transceiver (110-119) is capable of performing measurements on uplink transmissions from wireless devices in a wireless communication network (100). The radio unit (101) receives, from each transceiver (110-119), measurements on uplink transmissions from wireless devices. Then, the radio unit (101) determines, for each transceiver (110-119), a load based on how many wireless devices that have the transceiver as the transceiver with the most relevant measurement for its uplink transmissions. The radio unit (101) also controls a power level of at least one first transceiver (110) based on at least one of the determined loads for the transceivers (110-119). Embodiments of the radio unit (101) are also described.
