    • A phase shifter includes a cavity (100) and a first fixed transmission line (301), a second fixed transmission line (302), and a slidable transmission line (201) that are located in the cavity (100). The first fixed transmission line (301) is provided with a first open slot (3011), the second fixed transmission line (302) is provided with a second open slot (3021), and opening directions of the first open slot (3011) and the second open slot (3021) are opposite to each other. Two ends of the slidable transmission line (201) are respectively clamped in the first open slot (3011) and the second open slot (3021), so that the slidable transmission line (201) is electrically connected to the first fixed transmission line (301) and the second fixed transmission line (302). The slidable transmission line (201) slides relative to the first fixed transmission line (301) and the second fixed transmission line (302). In the phase shifter, the slidable transmission line and the fixed transmission lines can be coupled to each other effectively. The phase shifter has a simple structure, and has a low requirement for a transmission device.

    • Arrays of low permittivity Polymer-based Resonator Antenna elements with different configurations. Individual array elements can be fabricated with complicated geometries; these elements can be assembled into complicated patterns as a single monolithic fabricated structure using narrow wall connecting structures, which removes the requirement to position and assemble the array elements. Monolithic array structures can be assembled as sub-arrays in larger array structures. Elements, sub-arrays, and arrays can also be formed by inserting dielectric materials into cavities defining their lateral geometries, and fabricated in polymer templates. The polymer templates can be removed or retained to function as part of the antenna. Effective excitation is achieved by one of a number of coupling methods, including standing metal strip feeding on the vertical sides of the elements, feeding by tall metal transmission lines in contact or in close proximity to the vertical sides of the elements, modified microstrip feeding, or aperture feeding by using a slot in the metal plane underneath the elements. The wideband array feeds are realized by optimized transmission line distribution networks which include wideband matching sections.

    • A dielectric ceramic composition has a dielectric constant, K, of at least 200 and a dielectric loss, DF, of 0.0006 or less at 1 MHz. The dielectric ceramic composition may be formed by sintering by firing in air without a controlled atmosphere. The dielectric ceramic composition may have a major component of 92.49 to 97.5 wt. % containing 60.15 to 68.2 wt. % strontium titanate, 11.02 to 23.59 wt. % calcium titanate and 7.11 to 21.32 wt. % barium titanate; and a minor component of 2.50 to 7.51 wt. % containing 1.18 to 3.55 wt. % calcium zirconate, 0.50 to 1.54 wt. % bismuth trioxide, 0.2 to 0.59 wt. % zirconia, 0.02 to 0.07 wt. % manganese dioxide, 0.12 to 0.35 wt. % zinc oxide, 0.12 to 0.35 wt. % lead-free glass frit, 0.24 to 0.71 wt. % kaolin clay and 0.12 to 0.35 wt. % cerium oxide. UHF antennas and monolithic ceramic components may use the dielectric ceramic composition.
