The method can be used to form a thin and uniform organic insulating layer, so a technical difficulty in forming a via hole is reduced.

    • There are provided an organic thin film transistor array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same which increases the manufacturing efficiency of the organic thin film transistor array substrate.
