摘要： Provided is an electroconductive member for electrophotography which is suppressed in adhesion of a contaminant to a surface thereof. The electroconductive member for electrophotography includes, in this order, an electroconductive support, an electroconductive elastic layer, and a surface layer. The surface layer contains a binder resin and electroconductive fine particles having a number average particle diameter of 5.0 nm or more and 50.0 nm or less. At least part of the electroconductive fine particles are exposed from the surface layer. The surface layer has, on a surface thereof, protruded portions derived from exposed portions of the electroconductive fine particles. The surface layer has a volume resistivity of 1.0×10 10 ©·cm or more and 1.0×10 16 ©·cm or less and a universal hardness at a depth of 1 µm from the surface thereof of 1.0 N/mm 2 or more and 7.0 N/mm 2 or less.

摘要： In order for it to be possible to insert ribbons (1) of any desired length into a machine assembly (MA), for example transfer ribbons in an electrophotographic printing unit, the ribbon (1) is mounted on tubes (3) which are pushed into receptacles (6) which are arranged in the machine assembly (MA). Subsequently, sliding films are applied to the drive roll and/or deflection rolls (2, 8) which are arranged in the machine assembly, then the ribbon (1) is pushed with a gripper arrangement over the sliding films onto the drive roll and the deflection rolls (2, 8) until it has reached a setpoint position. Finally, the sliding films and the gripper arrangement are pulled from the machine assembly. The removal of the ribbon from the machine assembly takes place in the reverse sequence.

The image forming process module includes a photoreceptor unit (220) having at least one photoreceptor (221) on which an electrostatic latent image is formed. A development unit (290) is installed around the outer surface of the photoreceptor (221) and having a plurality of development assemblies (295Y/295M/295C/295K) for developing the latent image, thereby forming a visual image. A fixing frame (280) is detachably installed to a main body (101) of an image forming apparatus for fixing the photoreceptor unit (220) and the development unit (290) to be integrated into a single module. The image forming process module has the enhanced assembly and replacement efficiencies because the photoreceptor unit (220) and the development unit (290) are simultaneously installed to and uninstalled from a main body (101) of an image forming apparatus as a single module.
