    • Disclosed are a standard solution of a thyroid hormone which is easily adjusted from lot to lot for consistent performance and a method of preparing a standard curve in an immunoassay using the same. The standard solution of a thyroid hormone contains the thyroid hormones and a cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof in a buffer solution. The method of generating a standard curve includes: preparing a plurality of standard solutions of a thyroid hormone containing the thyroid hormone at different known concentrations and a cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof in a buffer solution; and subjecting each standard solution of the thyroid hormone to the immunoassay to prepare a standard curve based on the relationship between the concentration of the thyroid hormone contained in each standard solution of the thyroid hormone and the signal in the immunoassay.
