    • Provided are a valve seat inspection method and valve seat inspection device using an image recognition camera in which valve seat inspections of valves can be performed automatically and successively in a simple structure, even a subtle leak amount from a valve seat is detected by the image recognition camera with high accuracy and with ease even if high valve seat leak resistance performance is required, and inspection accuracy equivalent to that when a valve seat inspection of a valve in a state of being immersed in water is visually performed by visual inspection can be achieved. The present invention is provided with an inspection device main body 1 having a checkup circuit 10 for checking a leak with a reference leak amount, an inspection circuit 11 in a state in which a test valve 20 is set, and an image recognition camera 12 for taking an image of bubbles appearing from a tip 21a of an inspection tube 21 being inserted into water in a container 22. The present invention goes through a checkup process of switching a circuit switching part 23 and making a pass/fail determination by the image recognition camera as to whether bubbles appear from the tip 21a of the inspection tube in a checkup time and an inspection process of switching the circuit switching part and making a pass/fail determination by the image recognition camera as to whether bubbles appear from the tip of the inspection tube in an inspection time.

    • A testing device for fixing-load verification is configured such that a coupler (2) having, formed so as to protrude therefrom, a contact part (251/252) that comes into contact with a fixing surface is fixed at a rod-like torque detection unit of a rod-like torque wrench main body (1) and a means (3) for engaging with a fixing bolt (B) is fixed to a side part of the coupler. A side tip part of the engagement means (3) has an open and recessed part (30) for accommodating the fixing bolt (B) from the side, and a protruding part of the fixing bolt (B) is accommodated inside this open and recessed part (30) and the fixing bolt is locked by the deepest part of the open and recessed part (30) or the vicinity thereof. Thus, the testing device for fixing-load verification can be attached to a fixing bolt under test using a simple procedure even when work is being carried out with limited work space. As a result, inspection efficiency is enhanced through simple measurement and a certain degree of measurement accuracy can be ensured.
