摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for producing reduced iron from ironmaking dust which contains iron oxide which is generated at an ironmaking plant, takes note of the rotary kiln reduction method which does not require pretreatment of the dust, and has as its problem the pursuit of facilities which achieve further improvement of heat efficiency and stable operation.
To solve this problem, the present invention is characterized by heating and reducing carbon-containing shaped materials in a single closed space in which an internal heat type rotary kiln and an external heat type rotary kiln are arranged in series and including at least the insides of the two rotary kilns during which making the reduced exhaust gas which is generated at the external heat type rotary kiln burn inside of the internal heat type rotary kiln.

摘要： A modular plant, including at least one basic module is suitable for converting carbonaceous matrices (6) into fuel or useful products with no adverse environmental impact. The modular plant includes a rotary reactor (9) with a rotating drive mechanism (22) and a fixed stationary body (1). The inclination of the reactor (9) with rotating central longitudinal axis can vary from 0° to 45° with respect to horizontal. The reactor has a substantially cylindrical central body closed at a first entry end with a stationary fixed head (8), and at the exit end with a head fixed to the rotary reactor (9). The inlet end (8) contains one inlet (7) for the introduction of the carbonaceous matrix (6) into the rotary reactor and the other inlet (5) for introducing thermally conductive carriers (4). The rotary reactor (9) lacks internal components which provide rotation motion relative to the cylindrical body. The fixed housing body (1) enclosing the rotary reactor (9) seals the reactor and maintains the integrity of the reactor atmosphere. The housing has openings for the passage of the inlets and an exit for the converted carbonaceous matrix (17, 19) and the thermally conductive carrier (4).

摘要： Porous and easy water soluble amorphous silicon, method and apparatus to produce thereof can be obtained which does not contain tar, crystal, residual agrichemicals, and carcinogens by using only one burning treatment from a plant including silicon abundantly such as rice plant like as rice husks constituting rice, rice straw, rice bran, wheat, corn, grass and horsetailes, tea, potato and the like. It is a method of manufacturing an amorphous silicon which is porous and easily soluble in water and which does not contain tar, crystal, residual agrichemicals and carcinogens, which comprising, burning the rice husks, etc. at the temperature range of between 500 °C or more and 700 °Cor less, while stirring the rice husks, etc., by introducing at atmospheric gas having a mass of 6.7 times or more and 20 times or less of the weight of the rice husks, etc., oxygen gas having a weight of 1.4 times or more and 4 times or less with respect to the weight of the rice husks, etc., or mixed gas of the atmospheric gas and the oxygen gas into the furnace, at the same time as burning, combustion gas generated at the time of combustion rice husks, etc. is discharged from the furnace.
