摘要： A method for controlling furnace temperature of a fired heating furnace is disclosed, comprising: measuring furnace temperatures to obtain furnace temperature feedback values; calculating the differences between furnace temperature setting values and the furnace temperature feedback values as discrepancy values DV 1 , in accordance with the furnace temperature feedback values and the furnace temperature setting value; calculating the differences between the furnace temperature setting values and the furnace temperature feedback values in a unit time, i.e., the gradient of furnace temperature change values, as discrepancy values DV 2 ; obtaining a speed V of a fired heater machine set from a speed adjuster of the fired heater machine set, and obtaining a first multiple feed forward output components FF V in accordance with the speed V of the machine set (V); obtaining a second multiple feed forward output components FF T in accordance with the differences between the furnace temperature setting values and the furnace temperature feedback values, i.e., the discrepancy values DV 1 ; looking up a PID control parameter in accordance with the discrepancy values DV 1 and DV 2 , based on fuzzy control rule, and creating an adjusting control parameter OP 1 in accordance with the PID control parameter; controlling a valve for regulating coal gas flow and a valve for regulating air flow by combining the adjusting control parameter OP 1 with the first multiple feed forward components FF V and the second multiple feed forward components FF T as a final control output value.

The condition of the waste on a post-combustion fire grate (3c) is judged on the basis of measurement values on a main flue thermometer (14), an O 2 analyser (16), a CO concentration meter (17) and a barometer (18a) which is set under the post-combustion fire grate. Thus, the possibility that the apparatus will get into an insufficient temperature condition, or an air or fuel shortage condition is judged quickly, and the flow rate of the air to the post-combustion fire grate (3c), or the flow rate of the air to the same fire grate (3c) and the moving speed of the fire grate are controlled.

摘要： This invention relates to an in-ash unburned component estimating device for a coal-fired furnace which monitors the density of in-ash unburned component contained in burning waste gases to operate the furnace efficiently. The object of the invention is to infer and estimate from the current situation by a simple means the density of in-ash unburned component in the burning exhaust gases that affects the combustion efficiency. A furnace temperature, a load band in the furnace, a furnace contamination coefficient, a ratio of two-stage combustion air supplied to the furnace, and a coal mixture ratio are taken in as fuzzy quantities to infer fuel ratio data and correction data used to correct predetermined reference values of reference in-furnace temperature distribution, reference in-furnace air ratio distribution and reference powdered coal grain diameter distribution. The reference values corrected by the correction data and coal reaction rate data determined from the fuel ratio data are used to calculate the density of in-ash unburned components in the burning waste gases.

摘要： The present invention presents a combustion control method of a refuse incinerator for the purpose of decreasing CO, NOx concentration and dioxins in exhaust gas. Accordingly, on the basis of the measured values of principal flue thermometer, O2 densitometer, CO densitpmeter and NOx densitometer, the quantity of secondary combustion air is controlled so as to suppress the generation of NOx, and said quantity of secondary combustion air is adjusted in accordance with the O2 concentration for minimising the concentration of percursors of dioxins, whereby the concentration of precursors of dioxins is estimated from the mutual relation of the concentration of said precursors of dioxins and O2 concentration in said exhaust gas, so as to suppress the generation of dioxins in said exhaust gas. A combustion control apparatus of a refuse incinerator to carry out the control method according to the invention is also presented.

摘要： A method and apparatus for controlling a refuse feeding quantity of an industrial waste incinerator having a plurality of waste charging routes, specifically a method of controlling a refuse feeding quantity, comprising burning various industrial wastes charged from charging ports (2 to 5) disposed in an incinerator body (1), discharging a burnt ash during the process in which cycling sand (8) and the burnt ash are conveyed and cycled, measuring a steam generation quantity from a waste heat boiler (6) to input this quantity into a refuse feeding quantity controller (7), determining the difference between the target value of the steam generation quantity as a control object of the incinerator and its measured value, calculating a speed difference and an acceleration difference from the difference of the steam generation quantities, controlling the refuse feeding quantities of the wastes having different calories by non-linear control on the basis of the difference quantity, the speed difference and the acceleration difference, and setting the control object to the target value, thereby stabilizing the temperature inside the incinerator or the steam generation quantity without inviting a drastic fluctuation of the combustion state.
