The light-collecting system (240, 340, 440), the non-light-emitting region (212, 312) and the non-light-condensing region (331b, 431b) are located in the same straight line parallel to a light axis of the emergent light of the laser array light source (210, 310, 410), and the light-collecting system (240, 340, 440) passes through the non-light-emitting region (212, 312) and/or the non-light-condensing region (331b, 431b). The light-emitting device and the projection system have small volumes and can emit high-brightness and uniform faculae.
