摘要： An anti-theft fastening device for fastening an SBW motor externally mounted to a transmission case includes a bolt having a head portion and a threaded portion integrally formed with the head portion, a bottomed tubular bolt cover having an opening end, and a cap member closing the opening end of the bolt cover. The bolt cover has a through bore to have the threaded portion of the bolt pass through, a bottom portion abutting a bottom surface of the head portion of the bolt, and a grip portion projecting from an outer circumference of the bottom portion and surrounding a periphery of the head portion of the bolt. When the threaded portion of the bolt is screwed into a threaded groove of the transmission case, the bottom portion of the bolt cover is interposed between the bottom surface of the head portion and each fastening portion of a bracket portion.

It has a head divided into three sets of angular sectors: a) sectors for tightening support (2, 5) which receive the force from the first wrench in order to rotate the screw in a rotational direction; b) sectors for loosening support (3, 6) which receive the force from the second wrench in order to rotate it in the opposite direction; and c) sectors for tightening or loosening (1, 4) which receive the forces from both wrenches. The angles of the different sectors can be modified from one production batch to another in order to increase their inviolability.

摘要： A tamper resistant fastener, which can only be rotated with a specific key, is described. The fastener includes a head for rotation about a vertical axis. The head is provided with the least two cutouts (24) in the head of the fastener spaced away from the vertical axis, the cutouts having a discontinuous sidewall (25). The side wall of each of the cutouts has a first generally vertical engaging surface (23) for engagement by a mating member on a specific key (30) for clockwise rotation of the head about the vertical axis and a second generally vertical engaging surface (29) for engagement by the mating member on the specific key for counter clockwise rotation of the head about vertical axis. The side wall of the cutout is interrupted adjacent the second engaging surface to prevent engagement by a tool other than the specific key and thereby prevent rotation of the fastener in a counter clockwise direction by a tool other than the specific key.
