This invention provides a hybrid construction machine including a swing structure (50), a hydraulic pump (1), a hydraulic swing motor (3) driving the swing structure (50) using hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic pump (1), an electric swing motor (14) driving the swing structure (50) in conjunction with the hydraulic swing motor (3), a boom cylinder (16) operated simultaneously with the swing structure (50) at times and driven by the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic pump (1), a first directional control valve (28) controlling flow of the hydraulic fluid supplied from the hydraulic pump (1) to the hydraulic swing motor (3), a second directional control valve (29) controlling the flow of the hydraulic fluid returning from the hydraulic swing motor (3), and a controller (13) and solenoid pressure reducing valves which prevent operation of the second directional control valve (29) when the boom cylinder (16) is operated simultaneously with the swing structure (50).

摘要： Disclosed is a hydraulic control system of a construction machine capable of achieving a reduction in meter-out pressure loss in accordance with variation of a negative load acting on a hydraulic actuator and capable of preventing deterioration in operability even when an abnormal condition arises in a pressure sensor detecting the magnitude of a negative load. There are provided meter-out flow lines through which a hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator flows; variable restrictors provided in the meter-out flow lines; a load sensor detecting the magnitude of a negative load which is a load applied to the hydraulic actuator by an external force and which is a load in the same direction as the operating direction of the hydraulic actuator; and a control device which, when the load abnormality sensor does not detect any abnormality in the load sensor, reduces the sum total of the opening areas of the variable restrictors in accordance with an increase in the magnitude of the negative load detected by the load sensor and the operation amount detected by the operation amount sensor and which, when the load abnormality sensor detects abnormality in the load sensor, reduces the sum total of the opening areas of the variable restrictors to a predetermined value in accordance with the operation amount detected by the operation amount sensor.

The present invention provides a device for controlling a regenerated flow rate for a construction machine, the device being characterized by comprising: a variable capacity-type hydraulic pump and a pilot pump; an arm cylinder driven by operating oil supplied from the hydraulic pump; a variable arm regeneration valve installed in a passage between the arm cylinder and the operating oil tank; and an electronic proportional valve installed in a passage between the pilot pump and the arm regeneration valve.

摘要： The object is to make it possible to efficiently utilize rated output torque of the prime mover by performing total torque control with high precision through precise detection of absorption torque of the other hydraulic pump by use of a purely hydraulic structure and feedback of the absorption torque to the one hydraulic pump's side. For this purpose, the hydraulic drive system is equipped with: a torque feedback circuit 112v which is supplied with delivery pressure of a main pump 202 and load sensing drive pressure, modifies the delivery pressure of the main pump 202 to achieve a characteristic simulating the absorption torque of the main pump 202, and outputs the modified pressure; and a torque feedback piston 112f which is supplied with output pressure of the torque feedback circuit and controls displacement of a main pump 102 so as to decrease the displacement of the main pump 102 and thereby decrease maximum torque T12max as the output pressure increases. The torque feedback circuit 112v includes first and second variable pressure reducing valves 112g and 112q.
