摘要： Es ist ein Zargenrahmen für eine Tür, insbesondere für eine Feuerschutztür und mehr insbesondere für eine rechts und links verwendbare Feuerschutztür beschrieben worden, bei der im Bereich einer horizontal anzuordnenden Zarge (10) Sollbruchstellen (42) geschaffen sind, an welchen ein für bestimmte Einbausituationen unerwünschtes Zargenteil (20) von dem Rest (10) des Zargenrahmens abgebrochen werden kann. Die Sollbruchstellen (42) sind dadurch realisiert, daß die Verbindungen zwischen den Zargenteilen (18, 20), aus denen der Zargenrahmen zusammengesetzt ist, vorzugsweise mittels Punktschweißungen oder Schweißpunkten (50) punktuell gebildet sind. Wenigstens eine der horizontal anzuordnenden Zargen (10) besteht dabei aus zwei Teilelementen (18, 20), die so miteinander fest aber auseinanderbrechbar verbunden sind. Die punktuellen Verbindungen greifen dabei an in einem Bereich einer Kante (44) eines der Teilelemente (20) gebildeten Ausdrückungen (48) an, an denen das Material dieses Teilelements (20) dünner ausgeführt ist als in den übrigen Bereichen. Vorzugsweise ist das Material an diesen Ausdrückungen (48) über die Kante (44) hinausgetrieben.

The frame is constructed from two or more plates, wherein at least portions of the side members of the frame are formed by the plates joined in a face-to-face relationship with a mutual spacing, whereby a slot is formed between the plates that is accessible from the outside. Such slot may be accomplished e.g. by connection of the plate in a face-to-face relationship by means of spacer blocks, by elevations embossed in at least the one of the plates or by means of fittings. The plates may be made of steel and one or more of the plates may be configured as L-profiles. Moreover, the plates may be pre-folded with embossments in those places where frame corners are to be bent at a later stage, following which the plates are joined to the effect that the plate ends most distally in the frame is slightly longer and is forced slightly away from the other late in the area where the corner is to be formed.
