摘要： A method and a device for recovering zinc from electric furnace steelmaking dust, which are capable of recovering high-purity metal zinc for relatively short time. A Ca mixing and heating means obtains ZnO and 2CaO·Fe 2 O 3 by mixing electric furnace steelmaking dust with calcium compound and performing heat treatment in a non-reducing atmosphere at not lower than 960°C and not exceeding 1100°C for one to three hours. An iron powder mixing means mixes the ZnO and 2CaO·Fe 2 O 3 with iron powder, and compact the mixture. A reduction and volatilization means obtains a solid metal zinc piece by disposing a green compact in a decompression container 21, decompressing and heating the inside of the decompression container to generate zinc vapor, and cooling and coagulating the zinc vapor. A zinc acquisition means acquires lumpy zinc by immersing the metal zinc piece in a NaCl-KCl based multi-component chloride flux and cooling the flux solution.

摘要： A cetylpyridinium salt, cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) is used as a hydrogen evolution inhibitor (a current efficiency improver) in a commercial zinc electrowinning process. Zinc electrowinning compositions containing a) antimony and b) antimony and glue were tested. Adding CPC at a 0.05mM concentration to the electrowinning liquor resulted in increased current efficiency for both electrolytes.

摘要： The invention concerns a method for treating steel works dust in order to recuperate elements capable of being upgraded, said method comprising an attrition in water followed by hydraulic grading of the resulting load. Said method is characterised in that it further comprises: a washing step to separate the water soluble saline fractions of the insoluble oxides; hot treatment to eliminate metals in the form of free oxides such as zinc and lead; treatment by heating at a temperature ranging between 240 and 800 DEG C; treatment with sulphuric acid having a concentration between 5 and 8 %.

摘要： Pyro-hydrometallurgical process for the recovery of zinc, lead and other value metals in form of oxides from iron- and steelmaking powders, in particular from EAF dusts.
