摘要： The present invention discloses a device for processing columnar curved tempered glass. The device mainly comprises a glass heating furnace, a glass bending mechanism and a glass tempering mechanism connected sequentially, wherein the arrangement of each supporting roller in the rollers supporting the high temperature flat glass is changed from planar arrangement in space into curved arrangement corresponding to the shape of the glass to be formed, so that the glass bending mechanism enables the glass to suffer bending deformation. Transferring rollers for outputting the formed curved glass in the axial direction of the supporting roller are arranged at the clearance of the rollers of the bending mechanism. In the present invention, bending shaping and tempering of the high temperature flat glass are completed by two stations to break the normal procedure that bending shaping tempering are carried out by one bending appliance intensively, thereby providing a novel technological approach for processing columnar curved tempered glass.

摘要： A press bending station (12) for heated glass (G) sheets includes a lower wheel bed (36) having a lower support (38) and wheel assemblies (40) with detachable connections (46) to a drive mechanism (48) having a continuous drive member (112) of the lower support to provide rotational driving of a wheel (44) of each wheel assembly. An actuator (62) provides relative vertical movement between a lower press ring (52) on lower mount (50) and an upper press mold (58) on upper mount (56) using lower (88) and upper (90) vertical operators. Upper press mold has a forming face (60) provided with vacuum (66) and lower press ring has curved shpae (54) which presses the glass sheet against the forming face of the upper press mold. The wheel bed can have a curved shape or a flat shape. Connection and detachment of the wheel assemblies facilitates switching from one production job to the next.
