    • A draft beer machine comprising a cabinet (1), and a refrigeration circuit inside the cabinet (1), including a compressor (2), a condenser (3), and an evaporator (4). Inside the cabinet (1), a cold storage chamber (6) is used to hold the cask (5), and the evaporator (4) can refrigerate the cold storage chamber (6). A beer pipe (7) is also inside the cabinet (1), and a beer tap (8) is fixed to the outside of the cabinet (1). The outer end of the beer pipe (7) is connected to the beer tap (8), and its inner end is used to connect to the cask (5). The cold storage chamber (6) has a single chamber structure. Inside the cold storage chamber (6), there is a refrigeration tube (9). The refrigeration tube (9) is connected to the refrigeration circuit and is in parallel with the evaporator (4). The refrigeration tube (9) and the beer pipe (7) are wound into a quick cooler (10) of a round or an elliptic cylindrical shape, in an abreast and helical manner.

    • Disclosed are dispensing methods and systems for beverages that improve the quality (i.e., maintain desired temperature) of product dispensed by employing periodic recirculation of stagnant product, while reducing energy usage. The methods and systems use a recirculating pump associated with a first device that provides periodic power supply to the recirculation pump. The first device may comprise a device selected from a timer, a relay or a controller. The methods and systems may include a second device in association with the first device, and the second device senses a condition in the system and determines and measures a parameter of the condition. The second device signals the first device to periodically supply power to the recirculation pump based on the determined and measured parameter of the sensed condition. Preferably, the second device senses a parameter of pressure, temperature, electric current and/or voltage and product dispense-patterns.

    • Supply chain systems and methods are disclosed for monitoring fluid levels in liquid containers, such as kegs. Embodiments include sensors that fit within a keg's false bottom, measure the weight of the keg, and transmit the weight information to a computer database via a wireless network. Other embodiments include an RFID device with information about a characteristic of the liquid within a keg (such as brand and/or type of beer) that may be attached to the keg and paired with the sensor so the sensor can transmit information about the characteristic of the liquid in the keg. In alternate embodiments, the sensor's transmitter is short range and an uplink/gateway is used to receive information from the sensor and relay that sensor's information to a broader wireless network. Multiple containers in close proximity may each be fitted with an RFID device and sensor and communicate their individual information to the database.
