摘要： A feeding system for carton blanks is disclosed, comprising a pivotable linkage (102, 103), a gripper head (104) connected to the pivotable linkage at a first rotational axis (108). The feeding system comprises a magazine (130) configured to store a plurality of stacked carton blanks in a stacking direction. The carton blanks are confined in a cassette being dimensioned so that the carton blanks are confined to extend between proximal and distal internal surfaces of the cassette along a cassette direction which is perpendicular to the stacking direction and the first rotational axis. The proximal internal surface is arranged to align proximal edges of the carton blanks in a proximal alignment plane (122) being perpendicular to the cassette direction, the proximal alignment plane (122) extending between the gripper head (104) and said first rotational axis (108). The first rotational joint (107) is positioned in relation to the magazine such that there is a separation distance (123) between the proximal alignment plane (122) and the first rotational axis (108).

摘要： For separating individual flat and bendable objects (2) from the underside of a stack of such objects (2), and for the onward transportation of said objects, the invention provides a stacking space (1), a carrier wheel (3) on which suction devices (4) and grippers (5) are mounted, and transportation means (16), wherein the carrier wheel (3) is disposed below the stacking space (1) in such a manner that the suction devices (4), rotating with the carrier wheel (3), can consecutively take hold of an edge region of the object (2) at the bottom of the stack and bend it downward into the jaws of the following gripper (5), and in such a manner that the object (2) is then transported onward by the gripper (5) and can be deposited on the transportation means (6). For supporting the objects (2) in the stacking space (1), the invention provides a revolving roll bed conveyor table having a roller wheel (7) which is disposed coaxially with the carrier wheel (3) and which is driven with the latter, and also rollers (9) which are coupled to the roller wheel via levers (8). The orbit of the rollers (9) is defined by a roller guide (10), which allows said orbit to be flexibly configured, thus permitting the rollers to be moved essentially linearly underneath the stack and nevertheless to remain positioned between two objects, in a subsequent area, until the objects (2) are delivered, in such a manner that these objects can be deposited on the transportation means (6) without additional movement of the rollers (9). The device can, for example, be a feeder, which is characterised by its simplicity.

摘要： An apparatus of feeding mailpieces (3) such as envelopes is disclosed. The apparatus includes a supply conveyer (1a) for supporting thereon an array of mailpieces which are arranged in a tilted-backward position and moving such mailpieces forward, and a suction feeder (2) which is located downstream of the supply conveyer for picking up by suction a forefront mailpiece from the array of mailpieces on the supply conveyer. The suction feeder has a rotary drum, a shaft rotatably supported in the drum and disposed with the axis thereof oriented in parallel to and offset from the axis of the drum. An external gear is fixed on the shaft for rotation therewith and a stationary internal gear engages with the external gear, the gear ratio of the external gear to the internal gear being n:n + 1 , wherein n represents an integer. A plurality of suction means (2a) arranged at positions radially spaced at a predetermined distance from the shaft and substantially equiangularly spaced from each other and movable integrally with the shaft in conjunction with the rotation of the drum for picking up each forefront mailpiece from the array of mailpieces on the supply conveyer.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for dispatching flat flexible products, especially printing products (9), stored in a stack. According to said method, a suctioning element (2) is used to fold the front edge section (31) of each individual product in a downward direction away from the underside of the stack of products (8), whereupon said individual products are dispatched by a gripper (3) which grasps the front edge section thereof. The direction in which the gripper (3) moves in the underside region of the stack (8) of the products extends essentially from the front edge section to the rear edge section of the products (9) located in the stack. Once each individual product (9) has been folded by the suctioning element (2), the suctioning element (2) is used to transfer said products directly to a gripper (3), whereby each individual product (9) is continuously maintained by the suctioning element (2) or the gripper (3) during the folding operation and dispatching occurs immediately thereafter. The invention also relates to a device for implementing said method.
