摘要： Disclosed are a vacuum suction nozzle for improving vacuum suction performance and a vacuum suction apparatus including the same. The nozzle includes blade portions extending from both sides thereof so as to reduce a gap occurring between the nozzle and an outer skin material for a vacuum insulation panel (VIP) or other vacuum wrapping paper when the outer skin material or vacuum wrapping paper is sealed, thereby minimizing the occurrence of a leak and thus enabling efficient vacuum suction. Further, the nozzle achieves efficient vacuum suctioning by ensuring a suction channel inside the vacuum insulation panel (VIP) or other vacuum wrapping paper through a protrusion extending to the front of the nozzle.

摘要： A steam steriliser, a single use/disposable container for use in the steriliser and a sterilisation method. The container is a rigid or semi-rigid container having a sealable elongate conduit through which steam sterilant may be introduced into the container and steam sterilant and condensate may be removed from the container. Once one or more items to be sterilised are placed in the container a cover is sealed over the mouth of the container. The steam steriliser has a sterilisation chamber adapted to receive the container and provide sterilant within and around the container. Sterilant is provided to the container via the conduit which is sealed at the end of the sterilisation process.

摘要： An automatic packaging apparatus is provided, having a conveyor, a continuous longitudinally folded web, and cutting and sealing mechanisms for forming flexible pouches from the web. Each flexible pouch has an open end and an overlap portion specifically suitable for operation with the apparatus of this invention. The open end is separated and a load is inserted into one of the flexible pouches. After the load is inserted, air is withdrawn and a gas is preferably injected into the flexible pouch by a plurality of flat-profile snorkels, or a single, wider snorkel. The flexible pouch is then heat sealed to form a gas-tight seal. Controls, preferably including a servo mechanism, are used to simultaneously operate the cutting, sealing, fluid transfer and product infeed stations of the automatic packaging apparatus. As the flexible pouch moves from the fluid transfer station to the sealing station, the gas-tight seal is maintained.
