    • The present invention relates to an automatic gear train for motorized seatbelt retractors (1), comprising a driving pinion (17), a ring gear (19) and a planet carrier (23) carrying a plurality of planet gears (25).

    • If a power supply is provided to a circuit necessary to control a switch for switching a path after wakeup, or if a buckle switch (33) is switched while a microcomputer (31) is asleep, an electrical current necessary for reliable operation of the buckle switch (33) cannot be supplied during sleep, so that the buckle switch will not operate normally. This creates the possibility that wakeup cannot be performed.
