摘要： The present invention relates to a gas distribution unit for a fluidized bed reactor system, a fluidized bed reactor system having the gas distribution unit, and a method for preparing granular polysilicon using the fluidized bed reactor system. The gas distribution unit for a fluidized bed reactor system according to the present invention enables gas flow rate control and gas composition control for each zone within the plenum chamber. In addition, a fluidized bed reactor system having the gas distribution unit enables shape control of a fluidized bed (in particular, transition between a bubbling fluidized bed and a spout fluidized bed). The method for preparing granular polysilicon using the fluidized bed reactor system not only simultaneously improves process stability and productivity, but also enables more flexible handling in the event of an abnormal situation.

摘要： A method for preparing polyolefin from alpha-olefin with high productivity using an internal circulating fluidized bed polymerization reactor is disclosed. The method for gas-phase polymerization of alpha-olefin comprising the steps of: supplying circulation gas including one or more alpha-olefins and inert gas into a polymerization reactor; polymerizing the alpha-olefin to polyolefin in two separated polymerisation areas in the polymerization reactor; and discharging produced polyolefin from the polymerization reactor. The polymerization reactor is divided into the two polymerization areas by a draft tube, and an inside of the draft tube forms a riser where growing polyolefin polymers move up in fast fluidization, and an outside of the draft tube forms an annulus where the polyolefin polymers passing the riser move down by gravity, and the polyolefin polymers passing the annulus are introduced to a lower part of the riser again, so that the polyolefin polymers are polymerized during circulating between the riser and the annulus.

摘要： Embodiments of a series-coupled fluidized bed reactor unit are provided. In one embodiment, the reactor unit includes primary and secondary reactors. The primary reactor includes a reaction vessel, a gas distributor fluidly coupled to the reaction vessel, and a cyclonic plenum assembly. The cyclonic plenum assembly includes a plenum assembly housing, which is fluidly coupled to the gas distributor and which has an annular sidewall; and a gas/solids inlet pipe, which fluidly couples a partially-reacted gas outlet of the secondary reactor to the plenum assembly housing. The gas/solids inlet pipe is tangentially positioned with respect to the annular sidewall of the plenum assembly housing to induce vortex flow within the plenum assembly housing of the partially-reacted gas received from the secondary fluidized bed reactor through the gas/solids inlet pipe to promote the cyclonic separation of entrained solids from the partially-reacted gas prior to entry into the gas distributor.

摘要： The present invention relates to a grid structure for a fluidized bed gasifier. The gasifier comprises an atmospheric or pressurized gasification reactor defined by vertical walls, wherein a fluidized bed is maintained, a wind box located in the lower part of the gasifier below the reactor, and a grid that is arranged between the reactor and the wind box and comprises a number of substantially concentric plate rings. A first set of concentric plate rings are located at different levels to form a conical downwards tapering structure, the supporting structure of which comprises an annular supporting beam below the set of rings and radial supporting beams extending therefrom, which are supported onto the walls of the wind box. The grid also comprises a second set of rings formed by plate rings arranged between the first rings and provided with nozzle openings for leading air or other fluidizing gas from the wind box into the reactor.
