The process uses direct or indirect somatic embryogenesis to produce primary embryos from explant material, and then applies direct somatic embryogenesis to the resulting primary embryos to produce secondary embryos. The cyclic dipeptide-containing composition of the present invention has an excellent action of lowering a uric acid level, and the cyclic dipeptide-containing composition is useful in, for example, prevention or treatment of hyperuricemia, gout or the like.

Further disclosed are methods of manufacturing of a cocoa product construction kit and chocolate or chocolate-like products comprising high amounts of nutritionally beneficial and useful components of the cocoa fruit, such as e.g. polyphenols, antioxidants, vitamins and/or sugars, making use of the above technique.
