In the clothes dryer or washer-dryer (100) according to embodiments of the present disclosure, hot air entering the fan air channel (20c) can be further heated through disposing the heating member in the fan air channel of the fan assembly, thus further heating the hot air in the fan air channel, raising a temperature of the hot air entering the containing chamber, shortening a period for drying clothes, bringing great convenience to user's life, and shortening a work time of the components like a compressor.
