摘要： A pressing type disposable safety lancet with spring pilot structure consists of a shell, a lancet core, a spring and a trigger; wherein: the spring is provided with a pilot structure at the outside to make the elastic force of the spring act along the ejection direction of the lancet core; the locking mechanism is formed by the cooperation of the elastic clamp at the tail of the trigger and the lancet core; the unlocking mechanism is formed by the front of pilot structure and the end of the elastic clamp through the unlocking bevel; when it's pressed during the use, the trigger moves backwards in the shell, the front of the pilot structure forces the end of the elastic clamp to open under the action of the unlocking bevel, and the lancet core is fired for puncturing under the action of the spring after the hook unhooks from the locking critical point. The solution associates the spring pilot structure and the unlocking mechanism and skillfully uses one structure for two functions, thereby achieving the dual effect of piloting and unlocking and reducing the shaking of the needle tip, simplifying the structure and reducing the cost.

摘要： The present invention relates to a kind of disposable scalpel blade assembly and supporting reusable scalpel handle. The blade assembly consists of a blade, blade holder and blade shield wherein 1. The blade holder is provided with a flexible arm at the rear end. The flexible arm is provided with a protrusion block at the end of the flexible arm. The inner wall of the blade shield is provided with a clearance opening for said protrusion block. When the handle is inserted, the protrusion block extends into the clearance opening with a sideward movement, so that the blade and the blade holder are connected. But after the handle is pulled out, the protrusion block misaligns with the clearance opening and cannot make sideward movement such that the handle cannot be connected again; 2. The first sliding channel of the blade holder is provided with a first front locking channel at its front end and a deadlock channel is set in front of the first front locking channel. When the handle is pulled out after use of the scalpel, the first protrusion of the blade shield shall fall into the deadlock channel to enter the deadlocking state. The present invention thoroughly eliminates the safety problem of reusing the scalpel blade.

摘要： A kind of safe and convenient disposable blood-taking needle with double-surface cap, comprising lancet body with needle tip, lancet handle and lancet cap. The lancet body is fixed inside the lancet handle and the needle tip extends out of the first end of lancet handle to be inserted into the lancet cap, wherein: the body of above described lancet cap is a block structure, which includes a first face and second face. Both first face and second face are flat and opposed such that when one face faces upwards, the other face faces downwards and the included angle between them in space is less than 45°; the first face is provided with first blind hole and second face is provided with second blind hole and both first blind hole and second blind hole match the first end of lancet handle in respect of connection relationship. In the above described block structure, except the first face and second face, the other external surfaces are arcuate faces protruding outward and/or angular faces protruding outward. The present invention is especially suitable for domestic care where dedicated sharps disposal is absent, as it could conveniently and effectively prevent the risk of potentially contaminated needle stick during insertion of the used needle tip into a protective lancet cap.
