    • Provided is a vehicle air conditioning device in which the number of dampers that open/close a lower side of an evaporator can be reduced even in a configuration in which outside air and inside air are caused to flow to the evaporator, respectively. First and second outside air ventilation flues 8 and 9 are formed so that outside air flows through one end side and the other end side in the width direction of an evaporator 11, respectively, and an inside air ventilation flue 10 is formed so that inside air flows through a central site in the width direction of the evaporator 11. Hence, at any degree of opening of a first damper 18, outside air from each of the outside air ventilation flues 8 and 9 and inside air from the inside air ventilation flue 10 can be caused to flow to an outlet-side ventilation flue 12 side or a heater-side ventilation flue 14 side, respectively, at a flow rate that corresponds to the degree of opening of the first damper 18. That is, even in a configuration in which outside air and inside air are caused to flow to the evaporator 11, respectively, it is not necessary to provide the first damper 18 that opens/closes a downstream side of the evaporator 11 for each of the outside air and inside air flow sections, respectively, and thus the number of dampers can be reduced to thereby simplify the structure and lower the manufacturing cost.

    • Provided is an inverter control device that can detect momentary abnormality in a power-supply voltage for sure, and return quickly to regular state when the abnormality in the power-supply voltage has been settled. The inverter control device consists of a main power-supply (31); a sub power-supply (22) that converts electric power distributed from the main-power supply (31); a controller (21) that operates with a control power-supply supplied from the sub power-supply (22); a transistor (4) that makes the input signal of the controller (21) turn ON/OFF, by having the current between the emitter and collector made to turn ON/OFF; and a power-supply monitoring circuit (3) that is connected to the main power-supply (31) via at least a resistor (r D ), and monitors the voltage of the main power-supply (31). The emitter terminal of the transistor (4) is connected to the ground, the base terminal of the transistor (4) is connected to the output terminal of the power-supply monitoring circuit (3) via a resistor (r B ), and the current between the emitter and collector of the transistor (4) is made to be turned ON/OFF according to the output signal of the power-supply monitoring circuit (3).
