摘要： A multilayered seat having different hardnesses, breathable face material with a good surface touch and a hardness capable of bearing a body weight of a person who sits on the seat. A seat (1) comprises a shaped body of foam covered with a breathable face material (2). The shaped body comprises a first foamed member (10), which defines a base of the body, and a second foamed member (6), which is made integral with a back surface of the face material and a surface of the first foamed member by pressurizing and compressing a liquid foaming mixture, which is projected on and laminated on the first foamed member and has undergone gaseous reaction but remains in a fluid state, by means of the first foamed member and a pressure die, which is disposed on the face material above the liquid foaming mixture, shaped to be the top portion of the seat and provided with suction ports, while performing suction through the suction ports of the pressure die.

摘要： The operation efficiency of the molding of an integral product is improved, and the compression of a material is timed easily, by using silicone rubber having a high elasticity, a high thermal resistance and a high mold releasability. A method of manufacturing an integral compression molded product out of silicone rubber by using upper and lower molds is provided. This method comprises the steps of applying a urethane foam mixture uniformly to an upper surface of horizontally retained silicone rubber, and compressing the resultant material by upper and lower molds for a predetermined period of time. The application of this mixture is carried out by a spraying system so as to obtain a uniform layer thereof. The silicone rubber can also be vacuum-sucked to an inner surface of the lower mold. Since silicone rubber is used, the operation efficiency is improved, and the running cost decreases. Moreover, a pressurizing operation can be timed easily, and even a molded product of a deep drawn shape can be manufactured beautifully.

摘要： A method of producing a composite material product made of a wood fiber type filler and an olefinic plastic as main components and having high rigidity and high heat deformation temperature characteristics comprises adding, to a blend composition consisting of a wood fiber type filler pulverized into a predetermined size, granular olefinic plastics and a rigidity improving agent comprising maleic anhydride denatured polypropylene or its derivative as a main component, a pre-calculated amount of calcium oxide so that the moisture content of the wood fiber type filler becomes finally 2 to 5 % (weight %), and molding the blend composition containing calcium oxide so added by a molding machine. The maleic anhydride denatured polypropylene has a high degree of maleic anhydride denaturation and a low molecular weight.

摘要： A three dimensional shaped carpet used for an automobile comprising a surface material of the carpet and a formed body molded and connected in one with the surface material. A method of the present invention for manufacturing a three dimensional shaped carpet used for an automobile comprises steps of: coating a liquid foamable mixture directly on a back surface of the surface material by a spray system; placing the surface material in a molding die comprising an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper and lower portions defining a space inside the die corresponding to a three dimensional shape of the carpet; pressing and clumping the liquid foamable mixture with the surface material between those portions of the molding die, when the liquid foamable mixture coated on the back surface of the surface material has completed a gas reaction thereof but is still in a visco-elastic flowing condition; and changing the liquid foamable mixture into a solid condition, thereby a foamed body layer made of the liquid foamable mixture is molded in a three dimension and is molded and connected in one with the surface material through the back surface thereof. Droplets of the liquid foamable mixture sprayed on the surface material are entered into a fiber structure of the surface material and are attached on a surface of each fiber of the fiber structure while the liquid foamable mixture attached on each fiber of the fiber structure is immediately foamed and expanded by the gas reaction, so that the liquid foamable mixture is stayed at a shallow part inside of the surface material and is foamed without the liquid foamable mixture is impregnated into a deeper part thereof, and thereby the foamed body layer is in one with the carpet.

摘要： A method of an integrated molding by integrally pressurizing and compressing by use of means of an upper mold and a lower mold, by use of a silicon rubber. A silicon rubber has excellent resiliency, thermal resistance, separating ability from the molds and the like. By use of a silicon rubber, a working efficiency for carrying out the integrated molding can be improved and a compressing timing can be easily taken. A method according to the invention comprises steps of: uniformly coating a mixture of a foamed urethane body on a silicon rubber horizontally held; and integrally pressurizing and compressing for a certain period by an upper mold and a lower mold. The step of uniformly coating the mixture is carried out by using a spraying technique. The silicon rubber can be attached on an inner surface of the lower mold by use of means of vacuum suction. By use of a silicon rubber: a working efficiency can be improved; a running cost can be reduced; a pressurizing timing is easily taken; and a deeply pressed shape can be molded.
